Location is not very central, but close to the Metro station which makes it fairly accessible. Not many restaurants in the area, but perfect if you want a place to sleep. What I loved about the studio was the complete autonomy. You had direct assess to your room with no hassle by the front desk or 3rd parties. The location of the studio was also next to the metro, trains and bus stops. Highly convenient and easily accessible. You had multiple options in getting to the museums and city center (T2 line, M39 Bus stop, M8 Balard Station and M12 metro station). All walking distance. The studio itself was highly comfortable, clean, spacious with great WiFi, Netflix and other streaming services. The bed was comfortable with a cozy bedspread especially after a long day of exploring Paris. The kitchen had everything you needed for cooking or storing food during your stay. There were a couple of supermarkets around the corner as well as restaurants and bakeries. Mario was highly communicative and made things very practical in aims to experience a great visit to Paris.

Great location and 24 hour reception in a timeshare location. Of note, we saw some bedbugs on our wall after 2nd night but the staff was incredibly professional and moved us to a new room and gave money for laundry. I think it was a very small infestation, as it was just a couple bugs and we never got bit. I think the hotel took it seriously and treated the room promptly. I know Paris has had a rash of bed bug problems lately, and I don’t blame the hotel for this- they’re hard to see and come out at night.

Nice staff who spoke very good english. Nice and green neighborhood, quite and peaceful with view of the torre Eiffel from one side of the hotel. Plenty of things around such as restaurants, super markets and boulangeries. Private parking at half of the price of what hotel normally ask for. Overall very good relation price/quality.
