More spacious than expected.
More spacious than expected. Was for 4 but only 2of us but still good open plan space for kitchen, dinning and lounge. Separate toilet to bathroom with big mirror and good lighting. 2 bedrooms and corridor between rooms. Balcony for sitting out. Very secure & Safe in modern building. Downside, one of many buildings all looking the same and altho good lots of security, it was very confusing having keys, fobs and keypad numbers to get into outside security gates, then different to get into building and use of key to get to underground parking. Very secure, if you can work it all out ! Advice, make you get it all written down because there is no welcome pack.
Nice local shops/restaurants and tram stations. When you work it out, there are connections to trains/underground to all Paris attractions.

-We used metro line from hotel to the Eiffel.
-We used metro line from hotel to the Eiffel. Line M6 and line M12. Ticket cost is 2,1$ for one person for one way.
-You can buy daily ticket for about 13.5$, if you want to use metro too many times.
-We used the Batobus to see the sights of the river. Batobus is a boat that stops at 8 stops on the river. You can use this boat multiple times between stops. Tickets are $20 per person.
-Car park entrance of the hotel is too narrow to go through.

If you want to stay outside the centre of Paris but not too far, Issy Les Moulineaux is the place you want to stay. Trains are convenient to go to touristic places. If you get tired of the busy Paris and want to have a quiet stroll and enjoy a lovely meal and view, there is a new complex near the Mairie d’Issy station.

The staff and the service was very good.
The staff and the service was very good. The Manager Gregory was an excellent host. Decent breakfast, and
appreciated the coffee and tea available as want.
To improve: The toiletries can improve: to provide shampoo and conditioner and body wash In the shower. The liquid soap at the sink was so hard to operate.

everything was good but the breakfast was between 07:00 to 10:00, but the staff told us at the beginning that the breakfast will be served until 12:00 and because of that we missed two days of breakfast. there was no water kettle in the rooms and also no fridge. the hotel was very close to town and to nice places.

1. It is a safe and nice place to stay, but pretty far away from the Paris City center.
2. The Paris Convention Center is located there. That is place my 73rd IAC was held. Otherwise, I might not visit that place.
3. Anyway, my overall impression is still pretty good.

Actually i have one problem with the hotel and that is they make renovation at outside and they start drill at 8.30 a.m.If we dont get up earlier then this time we must get up at 8.30 with drill noise
this place most important thing is location. There is RER C line behind the hotel and it is georgeous.I am turkish and we love breakfast. And this hotel is good at this.We find many thing s to eat.
Location of the Hotel is very good (near train station and bus stops). So, you can access the whole Paris using public transportation.
There is an underground parking place for your car (although it is very difficult to enter the parking place - drive way is narrow). You need to pay for the parking place.
Subway Sandwich is just in front of the hotel.
Customer service (Emma) is very nice and helpful. The location is near a train station. The room is a perfect 5-star, comfortable, cozy, safe neighborhood and everything is readily provided; kitchen set with electric stove and microwave. Laundry machines are free to use. Love with this hotel. That's why I extend my stay in this hotel.
I traveled to Paris to attend a conference. For me the hotel, location, staff, neighborhood and public transport was just perfect and I highly recommend this hotel. Free coffee at the reception. WIFI was working very well. The location was not close to any touristic spots, but you could reach them within 20 minutes with tram.
Super close to Paris Convention Centre. Great surround streets, supermarket etc. Elevator to get to room easily with luggage. Nice staff, 24hour recption. Total surprise and amazing find - defo the place to book for conferences. Less than half the price of Marriot etc that are anyway just across the road.
This is a brand new facility. Compared to most of the Paris appartment hotels this is a breath of fresh air. Big rooms, with good beds. Modern furniture and decoration. No smelly old carpets as in most other Paris city center locations. The rooftop terrace is perfect for breakfast with a view over Paris.
Very well managed hotel. Breakfast was very good and rooms where cleaned daily by friendly staff. The hotel is situated close to the Metro and with several nice restaurants nearby. We enjoyed our stay and will come back next time in Paris.
It is a clean and nicely decorated hotel, rooms reasonable size, good value and certainly recommend it. I liked the emphasis on eco conscious choices in the design of the building/rooms and offerings.
Close to the Paris convention centre. Loved walking to it.
You got the feel of Paris life.
The staff are very helpful and very kind and nice . I was afforded a very early check in by the hotel
