A delightful residence only 10 minutes walk from town, with lovely well manicured private gardens which look out onto the river. The accommodation is set back from the road and is extremely bright, comfortable, roomy, stylish and well furnished to a high standard.
There are high quality large towels, and high quality high thread count bedding.
There is a fully equipped kitchen, plus a thoughtful starter pack provided in the fridge of the essentials- orange juice, milk, butter, preserves, and a freshly made loaf of bread. Plus a Nespresso machine with pods.
The hosts are genial, helpful and personable.
I would stay there again.

Perfect location. Quiet area, nice wide street. One block to town so car not needed. As soon as we opened the door we loved the Apartment. So fresh and clean with some treats left by the host. The Apartment is large and well stocked with what you would need for a weekend stay. Arrival and departure information from our host was great.

Very comfortable, everything was exceptionally claim and well appointed. Good facilities for self Catering. Quite restful views. Very close to Logan‘s beach whale watching platform and the mouth of the Hopkins River as well. So, a little dog could run on a dog friendly beach!
The house was fine. Very comfortable for our three nights there. The cooking facilities were grand, so self-catering was easy.
The estate agent contact was easily reached and replied rapidly.

Fantastic location, easy walking distance to city centre and nearby bowling club. Spacious clean room, with very good self catering amenities. Great facilities onsite with a large heated indoor swimming pool.
The reception staff were very accommodating, including deducting the extra bed charge for the night that we did not use it. The self-catering facilities in our room were great. The sea views from our room in the tower were impressive. We appreciated the list of restaurants in the city centre.
We were in Warrnambool for a family wedding and the location was ideal for the wedding and reception itself at the Surf Life Saving Club.
