A microwave and an ice machine are available for free in the public areas. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful with a variety of fresh dishes both Japanese and Western. The restaurant staff was also very nice and polite. The hotel location is very good, close from the Toyama station and touristic places. I highly recommend this hotel if you visit Toyama.

Free Wi-Fi is available in the lobby area. Excellent hotel that offers everything a travelling needs and at a great price. Our whole stay was made wonderful by this hotel’s staff who even exceeded the excellent Japanese standards of service. Staff at APA Marunouchi were friendly, helpful , efficient , welcoming and helped us in many ways . They made our stay special.

Perfect location across the street from the train station. Lots of restaurants nearby. The room was comfortable. There was a good selection for breakfast, a fabulous view and great staff throughout the hotel. They really went out of their way to help non-Japanese speakers. We will definitely return on our next visit to Toyama.
Although the economy room is small, the bed and duvet were very comfortable, and there is a round bathtub. The hotel offers a wide range of amenities, such as hot baths with sauna and relaxing room with massage chairs, and a free laundry service (100 yen for dryers). The breakfast selection of Japanese and Western foods was excellent and free gin and vodka (100 yen for local sake) along with a good selection of hot drinks from the machine.
Very nice traditional Japanese style hotel with excellent traditional breakfast and dinner! The outdoor onsen is also very nice and a great experience!
Great staff and traditional Japanese atmosphere, the breakfast and dinner were traditional Japanese style with a wonderful spread of foods. The host was extremely friendly and helpful in getting me to the Shirakawa-go village and explaining the area. Also, even though I was late to check in, they still had dinner prepared for me. There is also an onsen you can use, and the views are amazing from this place. The Kotatsu in my room was so beautiful and addictive you didn't want to leave.
The all-you-can-eat buffet was excellent. Especially the dinner, which provided a wide array of different both Japanese and Western foods. The public baths are both very nice with outdoor and indoor pools. The facilities overall are very well maintained and the lobby in particular is atmospheric in the evenings. Close to the train station.
It was the most beautiful Japanese experience during my first week in Japan. The food was very tasty each and every time. The room was so quiet and warm, we slept very well. The view on the mountains was breathtaking. I loved the onsen experience. In the first day we saw the Gasho house museum just across the road from the hotel, and on the second day took the bus, which stops just outside the hotel, to Shirakawa-go. It was perfect experience.
Amazing buffet dinner spread and very spacious Japanese style family room
The Location a total plus! Get out from the station south exit, walk 100m ahead, make a slight right turn and cross the traffic light, you will see the hotel. There is a nepresso coffee machine in the room. It is at a quieter corner at the main street, digonally opposite a drug store. A relatively big room for the rate I was paying considered japanese hotel's standard, value for money. will return if I am coming to Toyama again
In a small city it’s close to the train station and local tourist spots. The hosts were very welcoming and kind and did their very best to make our stay comfortable. If you’re looking for authentic Japanese hospitality, look no further.
Great hotel chain which offers good-sized rooms, spa and excellent Japanese or western breakfast included in the price. Great location close to Uozu station and all the small bars and restaurants around.
