Everything! Staff was excellent and the rooms were large and comfortable. This hotel has an open air design, which is unique but the halls can be cooler than expected, we were put in a closed hall area with a door to control the temp in our hallway. Very nice. The rooms were set up nicely and the view was excellent. The staff made sure our rooms were next to each other and my mom really enjoyed the large spa baths.

APA Hotel Nagoya Marunouchi Ekimae provides elegant rooms with use of yukatas (casual summer kimono). The hotel is located a minute’s walk from Marunouchi Subway (No.3 Exit from Sakuradori line, No.2 Exit from Tsurumai line) Station and offers hot public baths, a sauna and a restaurant. If offers free Wi-Fi throughout the property.

Baths were awesome. I picked this hotel for the onsen. It wasn't crowded and had options. The outdoor bath is warm, the indoor bath is hot and they had a cold indoor bath too. They had a sauna as well. I loved the yakuta provided but wish they had a smaller size for the kids. It was easy for me to notify the hotel that we would check in one hour later than we had already scheduled and notified them we would arrive via the app. When we slid 15 minutes past midnight for check in, it was fine. We called the hotel and they said they would be there. There were 3 workers at the hotel desk past midnight to check us in no problem. We did have one party member that could speak Japanese so check in was smooth for us.

Location is superb. It's close to a major train station and also stone-throw distance to thousands of restaurants and bars. Also it is the upstairs of Gold Gym and the hotel guests can get a discount ticket for one-time use of the gym, which is great for those who go to a gym regularly.

The price was exceptional for its location, in-room facilities, staff and service. The breakfast was most enjoyable - great value and great tasting, especially the quality of the rice that came with the Japanese option!

Perfect spot, right at Kanayama station, easy access to the city, to the party area, to transportation and to the airport. Staff, even if limited in English speaking, always super friendly, helpful and caring. Breakfast is typical Japanese interpretation of continental, but solid.

This hotel is close to Hisayaodori station and Nagoya Tower is really close. The beds are comfortable and the room is reasonably spacious. The breakfast has most of the usual Japanese hotel fare and will fill you up for the day ahead. Check out was prompt.
