No room service, Had to ask for towels every day, there were limited hand towels, no parking for guest, only valet. Breakfast was horrible! Check in was terrible! There wasn’t anywhere to park your car while checking in.

Quality of the ( although quite new ) cupboards and closets : some doors hang crooked and no longer close... Poor craftmanship.

It wasn't clear that it was a room for the hearing impaired when booking. For the hotel to be relatively new, look and feel like 4.5 if not 5 star hotel, the walls were dusty. You could see where someone wrote on the wall with their finger and cleaning staff attempted to dust it. The wallpaper was peeling, and the water guard on the floor of the shower was loose if not coming off. The sheets were clean but looked like they may have been melted in spots. Overall, it was a great stay, and it needs a little maintenance.

I've wanted to stay here since they started working on it.The location was right downtown, near a lot of eating and entertainment venues. The staff were great, they were kind and professional. The valet system was timely and efficient.The room was filled with sunlight from the large window, and accompanied by the high ceilings, the room seemed very spacious. The bathroom was also very large. Though it wasn't a part of my hotel the Starbucks was conveniently located next door. It would have been nice if it had been opened from 5-9 like most of their stores. Breakfast at the hotel was simple but good.

When we arrived & checked into our room it wasn’t clean. (surfaces, mirrors, needs soap & towels…) we were told there weren’t any maids on premises until the next morning. This should never happen!! The hotel was very busy & they seemed under staffed. The next morning at breakfast someone came around to check on our stay & took care of the situation immediately. The breakfast could just be a WHOLE LOT BETTER!!

The location is great. The decor/style is great. Giant windows & tall ceilings made the room feel super spacious.

Great location. I wish there were more restaurants nearby. Also would be nice to find closer free parking. It is a very expensive hotel and having only valet parking at $25/day was an added cost I wasn't expecting. I had to find alternatives on my own.

We did not have housekeeping visit our room for the two nights we were in town. We were out of the room from 9am until 7pm both nights. However, we don't require much and made our own bed.

The rooms are unique, very spacious, clean and well designed. The staff are very professional and very friendly. The breakfast was well stocked with many options. Loved the sausage biscuits! The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the downtown area and restaurants via walking. There is limited parking near the front entrance but many parking spaces elsewhere.

The one tv that was in our room should have had at least two or have the one tv there on a swivel.

Breakfast was so so didn't know what kind of bacon that was it was tissue thin.

Great location , comfortable beds , liked that there was a iron and ironing board. good bathroom toiletries soap shampoo conditioner and shower gel plus a hair dryer , nice variety of choices for breakfast .

No daily maid service, and our shower door wouldn't close all the way. We reported it twice but never got it fixed. It made showering a dangerous affair as the floor was very wet. To add to that, we had to put towels on the ground outside the shower to avoid flooding the floor completely, and since we had no maid service we had to request extra towels, which didn't arrive so we had to go downstairs and get them ourselves.

Great location for or plans. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The hotel itself was super clean. The hot breakfast was very good.

The rooms are great, the location is just perfect, just 3 minutes from the Legacy Museum which is a must for anybody visiting Montgomery. We did not use the breakfast, which was complimentary.
