Cheap place. No bathtub. Connected to another room which you can clearly hear under the door. People upstairs stomping all night, hardly any sound barrier at all. I suggest finding somewhere else if you plan on relaxing at all.

The only thing that was wrong was the fact that there are no hair dryers in the rooms. Had I known that, I would have brought mine along.

The AC wasn’t really working, it didn’t make the room that cold. Not the property itself, it’s just further away from my my family’s house.

Very convenient and close to the freeway which makes it easier on the day we go back home. The staff is always very friendly and so helpful and the price is not too bad.

Brie the manager check on us if our room is good, it’s rare for the staff to us a guest if everything fine once you checked in.. Even our request was granted for 1st floor

They cancelled my booking advising a no show and upon explaining that I could only get to the hotel in the morning because of problems with the airline the lady at the front desk with such an attitude wanted to charge a further $40 for me to stay 3hours in the room I had booked and paid for

45mn to check in, credit card terminal not working, paiement declined ? No fridge no microwave dirty sheets we had to sleep on top of the comforter in our close.the1st room was so smokey and I had an asthma attack just walking in the room which was not said to be a smoking room.the second room had no fridge but the room we ordered said it came with a fridge when called we were told they had no fridge to give us. I had to use a cup of ice to keep husband meds in. the person at the front desk was rude and offered 2.00 off the bill I called booking.com I also informed the front desk about the sheets they said no house keeper at that time.

I get a park for like 3 hrs after my arrive and when we get out to go the store a saw a broken mirror in my car and when a go at the office the staff don’t do anything for help me and when I request for some tape to try fix the guy putting whit no precision and nothing alls I have to go to the shop 3 miles away and pay for fix it

The room was dirty and the people above us were stomping around back and forth for at least a half hour. Also, after check in I had to walk up to the office to get batteries for the remote since they were missing.

I got charged twice by the manager on 6/21/2023 and the PARKING LOT SUCKS!!!!

Jary was very helpful and professional but funny as well. The property is cool. The rooms are hella small and need better Cable, as well as Vending machines. AND THE PARKING LOT IS THE WORST I GET A FLAT TIRE EVERYTIME I STAY THERE!!!!

I didn't like the fact that the sign outside had a loose door and it kept me up all night and the neighbors had a cat and it smelt. Like urine in my room and everything else was filthy filthy and the staff was unwilling to move me to a better room.

Only the location was good for where I was working.
