I had a do not disturb sign on the outside of my room. Check out time is 11:00am. The day I checked out the housekeeper came to my door at about 10:25am asking me if I was leaving. I felt rushed to leave the room. I had stayed at this hotel in the past had better experience.

I asked for a downstairs room which they accommodated me. Location of room was good.

Well the rooms are kinda outdated. A remake would be suggested. Areas around super dark.

Beautiful setting around the courtyard pool and patio - lots of palm trees and flowering plants make a lush garden. Our second visit and we will be back in the future.

The room did not have any coffee maker, oddly. I called the front desk and they said some rooms don't have it. Not heard of that.

That bit by the shower (see above) and the fact that there was no Jacuzzi. I would really have like that.

The price, the room was clean except for where some plaster had chipped off near the shower and a little bit of mold seemed to be there. Otherwise very neat and clean.

Were originally given a room either a tiny window that was very dark and not too pleasant. Wall paint was peeling off a wall in the corner and there were black marks on some of the walls. When I adhere to change room there was no problem at all.

The room was large and tastefully decorated with a pool view. Pool area was well maintained.

We had a difficult time using the television. It worked but we could not figure out how to navigate it.

The lemon tree Inn was a wonderful facility for the money. The staff was prompt.

Shower had bottom mold wall area? Old school shower head..over kill pressure and water used? I thought California was water wise like a pamphlet in room explained? The room also upon entering had a moldy smell and sticky feel in the air? We had to air it out for hour plus to be somewhat more acceptable for sleeping later and staying within…

Santa Barbara location, with parking, at a very reasonable price.Also, the center garden area with trees and plants made for a beautiful outdoor garden area.

Room was dirty - floor was filthy and didn’t seem to have been cleaned in ages. Weirdly huge and empty room with no basic amenities like microwave or mini fridge which there is ample space for.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was big.

We stayed during parents weekend at UCSB and all the hotels had raised their prices. We were able to still get a good price at Lemon Tree. I feel like you get a great value for your money here. There was always lots of parking and we never had a problem finding a parking space. Our room was spacious and clean. I loved how big our balcony was and the beautiful courtyard. I think one of the best parts is every room faces the courtyard so you can't get a bad view.

Two things that would have made the stay a bit better: 1. Upgrade the coffee to maybe a Keurig style machine with little creamers - NOT powdered, but the little mini moos or something like that. 2. Microwave in room. It was available to take things to the restaurant and heat up however Completely inconvenient.

We loved the balcony, made the room "bigger" and a great place to hang out. Also makes it perfect if anyone is not feeling well - can air out the room:-). Beds were comfortable. Great to have a refrigerator.

Old, old rooms. Bed was lumpy. Toilet was unstable on tile. Dark parking area at 6:30am. Maids didn't get to rooms until afternoon; although, we gave them room in the morning after they asked. It has definitely changed.

Really everything was fine. An issue w/tv was handled quickly. We didn’t mind that it was at the area of State St away from “funk zone”. We took a ride share.

Retro type of motel with lovely grounds, outdoor dining, large rooms. A bit worn, eg in bathroom, but clean & a very good value. Good happy hour, locals come here!

Room was dark and bathroom. it super clean- shoe print on wall, walls were not clean. Soap was the worst. Bedding seemed old and metal bed frame very cheap and loud when feet touched it.
