So many taxes the king room was really small

very small lobby area . You enter a hallway take the elevator and then is this very small lobby with a a counter for check in / out . Counter personnel not too happy. Small restaurant, but nice . Room didn’t have a place to put your luggage. Didn’t have a closet but a wall unit with doors and hangers inside . Room is small , but for NYC that’s the rule .

Room has been renovated and was very clean ! New and spacious bathroom . Shower was brand new and very big ! Clean and comfy king size bed . Keurig coffee machine with coffee replaced daily . Lots of towels who were changed daily. Nice lighting inside room . Air conditioner good and preset to go down to 66 F . Starbucks coffee available on lobby for guests N ice Street view! I’ll stay again !

the property is clean and in a great location. room is small of course but it’s New York so that is to be expected. overall would absolutely stay again.

Checkin look a long time. They could not locate my reservation that was made through booking.com. We had to wait for 20-25 mins before we checked in. The breakfast buffet spread is very limited.

Excellent location. Nice and clean room. Decent breakfast available at a reasonable price. The beds were large and very comfortable. Quality of sleep was good.

The room was small and the lighting in the room could've been better. When checking in, the front desk did not inform me that there would be a $100 hold (I just noticed that the price I was promised when booking was different than what I was quoted at check in/out)

The view in the room was nice! The location is perfect for tourists and the bed was comfortable. The security was nice and helpful and check-in was fast.

Very good central location with subway trains just a very short walk away. Staff were very helpful, especially the security team who helped us with directions and the easiest way to travel and buy tickets. Room was clean and not too stuffy.

My reservation was messed up. Booking.com used my middle name as my last name and so they couldn't find my room and I was frantic thinking I didn't have a reservation.

A woman at the hotel helped find my reservation and was super nice and quick. My bed was comfy.

The location was perfect, walking distance to Time Square and Broadway.

The super late check in.. I know its international standards but there should be a consideration for guests who repeatedly stay in the same property.

The hotel is located in the middle of Time Square. It is very convenient to go in and out of the hotel.

The $10 food voucher every day was a bit expensive to use (this is not per person) if it went over the amount you get charged the difference which 2 items like water and chips or fruit was more than $10 a day. So go to Whole Foods down the street for water and snacks.

Comfortable beds, couldn't hear the street noise at all which was great since it was so close to Times Square. Location was excellent walking distance to most things nearby. Lots of restaurants and transportation was excellent location. The staff was excellent, and housekeeping was very good.

Dirty carpets Small and dirty lobby couches HIDDEN CHARGES - $25 daily MANDATORY charge Staff don't answer the phones. I wanted to do laundry, I was told to go to CVS for detergent soap. How inconvenient.

Location was SPOT ON! Clean bathroom and sheets.

Our check in was a disaster! There was only one woman working on the desk. There was a massive que of people trying to check in which people were having issues! After a very long day of travelling we were very frustrated by this and weren’t even offered a bottle of water and was told it was $7 for one! We went to a local store and bought the same water for more then half the price! On our way home we were leaving the hotel and there was a security guard on the door who asked us to leave him a review when we had entered earlier he did not even acknowledge us!

Myself and my partner are just home from this hotel! There was a lovely security guard on the door a young lad who was so helpful after a long day of travelling and the weather being so poor we just wanted to get food delivered. We had awful issues trying to do this and this security guard went above and beyond for us to help get food for us! We were so grateful for him. There was also a fabulous woman in reception called Michelle who really brightened our day. She was so helpful and gave us recommendations for places to eat and was overall a fabulous woman. Washer and dryer also available which was a bonus for us as we had awful weather while there so were able to dry our clothes.

Room was a bit cramped and a bit dark even when all the lights are lit.

location is great. Just across Times Square and several meters to the subway station. Room facilities are excellent. There's a personal fridge and a microwave.

Nothing - would change anything

Room was clean, tidy, large TV, good view of the Empire State Building through large window from 36 floor. Centrally located for all sightseeing. Bed was great- could have slept for hours. Staff were all nice, helpful and friendly. Would use again.

I asked doorman for taxi to airport and he put me in a Mercedes that charged me $110 to Lagaurdia. I was disappointed by that as I wanted the flat fee rate to airport offered by taxi. I thought my ride to airport should have been around $77.

Breakfast was great. Was not sure how the credit worked.
