You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaParking paper needs to state AT THE TOP of the page to place in car. I failed to read all the way to the bottom where that instruction was buried with a lot of other words. So glad it wasn’t towed. I just thought the key was the way they controlled parking lot

The staff was wonderful. I had my 7 year old son and my 8 month pregnant wife with me. At one point during our stay, one of the elevators needed maintenance, and so they were manually working the one active elevator. My wife was going to take the stairs, but one of the staff said, "Momma ain't taking no stairs," lol. She was very adamant about my pregnant wife not taking the stairs and made sure she was going to get the next ride up. Also, they were just so kind and interactive and especially made my little guy comfortable. That's a plus for me. If my family is happy, I'm a happy man.

United States of AmericaThere is only 1 bank of elevators and they had issues all weekend. They did have a security person help with manually getting us up and down on our final day. I also called once I arrived home to get my bill sent to me and the front desk abruptly put me on hold, then after being on hold for over 5 minutes it hung up on me. I then called back and the person working said he was the only one working and seemed irritated that I booked through a 3rd party and had to get my email. The rest of the stay the front desk and staff were very friendly.
The breakfast and Happy Hour meals were a great bonus. Having In/Out parking without having to pay for a valet was also nice. Our room was very spacious and came with nice amenities. The view was also great.

Very friendly staff. Breakfast was good. The kickback food every evening is a good idea. The hotel owns a garage but not for heavy duty trucks. The location close to the Riverwalk is perfect.

United States of AmericaUnfortunately all airforce basic training graduation is on Wednesday and Thursday and we didn't have time to use the 5-7pm get together for meal and drinks since all the new airmen are due back at base at that time.
Our son just graduated airforce basic training. the room gave us plenty of room to just relax. the location was excellent it allowed us to have many options to go out and enjoy with him before having to take him back to base.

Location was awesome and hotel was great just a little dated which was no big deal. The staff was amazing and friendly. Front desk and housekeeping, manager overseeing HH and breakfast was friendly and attentive. Stayed here once before and would stay again.Thank you for a really nice time. United States of AmericaThe handicap handles in the tub could have been positioned better. They were a little low to grab when taking a bath.
The breakfast was better than most hotel breakfasts. Their evening "snack" time was a bonus. There was enough food to make a complete meal. The location was excellent. Within walking distance of main attractions such as the Alamo.

United States of Americathe only thing i didn't like was i was put at the very top floor the hotel is very busy and taking the elevators require more time that id like to admit so unless you want to wait 10 minutes for an elevator your out of luck unless you want to take the stairs but that isn't going to happen. and the room I was at was at the very top floor down the hall it was quite a walk and there was no view either it really sucked
the place was really nice they has breakfast ready in the morning it was so good and the rooms were nice to very clean and big it was nice. and it was secure in order to come inside you need a key card so people who arent supposed to be in the hotel wont be in there and they have a guard at the front anyway it was nice and they have their own garage so you can park in there and not out where people can mess with your car and its right next to the riverwalk
