A great location; step out of the hotel directly on the River Walk. Large clean room and bathroom. Great hot breakfast with a large variety. Snacks and drinks offered in the afternoon from 5:30 till 7:00 PM that actually serves as a meal. Non-valet parking at $23 is a little steep but is very convenient being attached to the hotel and is in and out. Very accommodating staff. Highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was excellent. They made our family feel special. They all deserve extra smiles!! They all went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcomed. Also having both a breakfast and dinner available -- even with vouchers for special drinks -- was a nice plus.

It was the greatest stay great friendly staff and kick back was fantastic. Location out of this world, very nice historical hotel building, we're seniors and here for our anniversary. The only thing I left our cooler at the hotel when leaving, that's fine it was worth it! Andre and Trina LaCroix

Very noisy, 7am .work on the building across the river had started. Banging of pipes, contractor noise. We were checked out by 8:00. Was not happy

It was super close to everything, very affordable, and the staff was so friendly. Huge complimentary breakfast as well as free snacks and drinks at night from 5:30-7 which was basically dinner.

The check in time took a few minutes due to the number of people checking in.

Parking paper needs to state AT THE TOP of the page to place in car. I failed to read all the way to the bottom where that instruction was buried with a lot of other words. So glad it wasn’t towed. I just thought the key was the way they controlled parking lot

The staff was wonderful. I had my 7 year old son and my 8 month pregnant wife with me. At one point during our stay, one of the elevators needed maintenance, and so they were manually working the one active elevator. My wife was going to take the stairs, but one of the staff said, "Momma ain't taking no stairs," lol. She was very adamant about my pregnant wife not taking the stairs and made sure she was going to get the next ride up. Also, they were just so kind and interactive and especially made my little guy comfortable. That's a plus for me. If my family is happy, I'm a happy man.

There is only 1 bank of elevators and they had issues all weekend. They did have a security person help with manually getting us up and down on our final day. I also called once I arrived home to get my bill sent to me and the front desk abruptly put me on hold, then after being on hold for over 5 minutes it hung up on me. I then called back and the person working said he was the only one working and seemed irritated that I booked through a 3rd party and had to get my email. The rest of the stay the front desk and staff were very friendly.

The breakfast and Happy Hour meals were a great bonus. Having In/Out parking without having to pay for a valet was also nice. Our room was very spacious and came with nice amenities. The view was also great.

It's a pity that the hotel has no restaurant and/or bar but there are a lot around.

Very friendly staff. Breakfast was good. The kickback food every evening is a good idea. The hotel owns a garage but not for heavy duty trucks. The location close to the Riverwalk is perfect.

Unfortunately all airforce basic training graduation is on Wednesday and Thursday and we didn't have time to use the 5-7pm get together for meal and drinks since all the new airmen are due back at base at that time.

Our son just graduated airforce basic training. the room gave us plenty of room to just relax. the location was excellent it allowed us to have many options to go out and enjoy with him before having to take him back to base.
