There wasn't an online booking option with free cancellation and breakfast for one person. Perhaps an offering they might consider for the future that would be a little cheaper. The hallway corridors were very squeaky with my shoes on. Not sure if it was just me or the polish they use. That said, I would still recommend staying here as those are only minor details.

Good location and helpful, friendly staff. I only stayed one night and was very comfortable. The breakfast that was included was for a room for 2, so I got to eat two servings. I would definitely stay here again.

very nice and clean hotel. staff is super friendly and always helpful. pool is also nice and clean. location is good, on a main street actually, but a bit set back from the street, so its quite in the hotel. several party streets with lots of bars, restaurants etc are within walking distance.

Tucked away from the road noise a charming friendly hotel. Next door is a Villa Market and Monsoon Valley wine bar ..... excellent set lunches a happy hour, where you can enjoy the local Monsoon Valley wines.! Sort wall to beach and downtown.

Nothing not to like about Visa hotel, we will be back for another week's stay.

Staff were very helpful and polite, the rooms were cleaned daily and the selection of international TV channels was excellent.

The ground floor corridor is austere (and at night even sinister). This corridor also serves as a breakfast room in which one feels one is eating breakfast in a corridor. Floor tiles in shower were slippery when wet.

There is nothing wrong with the hotel. The housekeeping staff are really efficient and pleasant. The swimming pool is great. Good size rooms.

Personal opinion, you might not have this opinion. I found the pillows to be a little hard, not great for the neck. Close to hospital, so sirens from ambulances might be bothersome in the middle of the night, but no big issue imo.

Located very central in Hua Hin, close to most things. Tuktuk is available everywhere, taking you wherever you want to go cheap. The hotel is perfect size, great service by the staff, fast and efficient. Elevator. Very neat and clean hotel. Fast response when I pointed out some small issues in my room, it was fixed right away, great service! The pool was also nice!
