I loved my stay at SeaBreezePlace the place is family owned. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful! You get access to their beach front as well which is less busy than the public areas. The location is close enough to most places by foot…Whether you want to go out to the market, grab a massage, do laundry or train muaythai…There are options all around. Will be coming back 100%.

Bedding was stained...not enough English speaking staff..breakfast dining hall was sniffling hot..no aircon. Breakfast was ok at best..fumigation for bugs without notification we thought hotel was on fire. Hotel is huge..our room was 500mtrs from breakfast hall..not enough car parking spaces..kids pool area was dangerous slide handrails rusted and broken..sharp tiled edges..

We booked a beachfront villa based on images provided by the hotel. Unfortunately the villa we were given was positioned behind the beach restaurant (so no view), and it was one of the villas that are not renovated (so it was run down and as per our expectations when booking). To our dismay a similar trend was present across the resort. Our experience was not unpleasant, as we were in a beautiful location and spent our days outdoors, but when we were in the villa we were constantly reminded the resort is not well maintained - a leaking A/C, towels with stains on them, old curtains. On our last night the staff parked a car below our window and honked a few times, and the day after we saw cars parked on the lawn across the resort (maybe the parking was full over the weekend, but using the resort's lawns was a strange solution).

First the staff is not friendly at all special on the reception. The guests were very noisy at midnight till morning. The breakfast was very disappointing with very limited options. The entrance of the hotel is very busy because it is used for public beach access. Overall the hotel is not meant for relaxation and you will lose your vacation for that. The hotel 5 Star from my experience and all the above its é star.

No refrigerator, shower is broken, no hot water, long black hair was found on clean bed; A/C unit blows straight on the bed which obviously made us sick; tiny table and a small chair are the only furniture except bed; door keys are very poor quality and may be broken easily.

The reception staff were incredibly hostile and unfriendly. Despite booking a room for two people, they flat-out refused to provide me with two keycards, citing some arbitrary rule about only one keycard per room. This policy seemed completely inconsistent with my previous experiences at the hotel and with the standard practice of other hotels in the area. To make matters worse, the room itself was poorly maintained. The air conditioning unit was barely functional, leaving the room uncomfortably warm throughout my stay. It's disappointing that a hotel of this caliber would neglect such basic amenities. Overall, I would not recommend staying at Combo Beach Club Hotel. The unwelcoming reception staff, refusal to provide adequate keycard access, and subpar room conditions make for a thoroughly unsatisfactory experience.
