1. The fruit for breakfast is not fresh, the variety is limited, and there is not much choice. 2. The room smells moldy when checking in, and the front desk told me that every room has a moldy smell. 3. When checking out, a pair of sports gloves left in the room will disappear.

The hotel concierge staff is very welcoming! The hotel is in a great location with a supermarket across the road.

The breakfast selection is absolutely not adequate for a place in this price range. Quality is excellent but choice is very limited.

As returning customers we still have heaps of praise for this place, especially the staff going out of their way to make the stay perfect.

I didn't realize they had a place to park under the hotel. I may have rented a scooter, but in hindsight, it was just as well that we used the taxi. April was too hot for the scooter anyway.

The room was very nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The room pool is a great idea. The breakfast was delicious, and there was always something different each day to eat. Staff was awesome! Bua and Nene were outstanding! It is a nice quite place to vacation, right on the beach. The main pool was very nice as well. We spent a lot of time there.

Being able to fly directly to Hua Hin, instead of Bangkok and then a transfer

Breakfast buffet had a vast selection, proximity to amenities and beach spot on. Staff were faultless from reception to security. We (B & K) would like to say a special thankyou to Tom, who cleaned our room every day and put up with our British foibles! There was also a special birthday celebrated during this time - and a yummy cake was delivered to our room. Truly Hua Hin and Cape Nidhra was the very best of our 2024 travels in Thailand, we would certainly return in the future.

Sky pool villa with private plunge pool on balcony. Good fitness centre with sauna and steam room in change rooms. Good restaurant for all meals. Nice bar overlooking the sea. Easy access to the beach.

We have been regular guests since many years and its like coming back home. The staff is always friendly and full of joy. They did a great job investing money during the pandemic to upgrade the rooms. For us a must stay if you are in Hua Hin.

No improvements possible (and we are experienced and "picky" travellers).

Relatively small resort with only 60 rooms, but each with private pool. Each issue raised was handled immediately and very friendly. Modern rooms with freestanding bath tub. Attention to a lot of details. Great location, all places we visited were within 5 Min with TukTuk or Taxi. Very nice and helpful staff. There are not many resorts, where the GM bids you farewell when leaving (and giving Macrons on the way).

Check in lady was too formal, with no real wellcome, she escorted us to the room and did not give us any a proper information about facilities of the room and the hotel. There were only extremely hard and high pillows left on the bed and we could not sleep first night at all. Next day upon request soft pillows were provided. Why not to leave one hard and one soft pillow in a room without asking. Lots of mosquitos in the room and repelent was again provided only after special request. Staff in the restaurant had very poor english and could not explain anything about different dishes. The hotel could have at least 1-2 hours entertainment ( like some music or so ) at least every second evening. Ask for a room closer to the beach to avoid street noise.

Perfect location: on the beach and in the middle of Hua Hin, close to malls and markets. Very clearn, big and comfortable rooms with everything you can think of, very tranquile and relax mood, very kind staff, nice pool, lots of sun beds, 5 stars breakfast, extremely delicious food in the restaurant. Easy check in and check out. Extremely convenient communication via wats up with the reception.

Pool staff inattentive, tea tray poor for for the price. Quite a few sun loungers get reserved first thing but not occupied until later. All private pools north facing so get no direct sun.

Huge luxurious rooms with private pools, good central location and nice communal pools with sun loungers. Restaurant staff and maintenance very friendly. Biggest rooms I have stayed in - deluxe sky pool room worth the upgrade.

We absolutely enjoyed everything from the comfort of the beds, the ambience of the rooms, the spaciousness and the private pool. We booked a sky, pool suite and it was magnificent, we could not fault it. breakfast at the hotel was sensational with lots of variety, very fresh and the staff were accommodating at every request! Upon leaving, we were given a goodbye gift. Totally unexpected, but such a lovely gesture Will definitely return as this was a favourite!!

The territory and the room were very clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful (if you would need anything, they would always try to do their best to assist), the spa center service is also very good (I’ve tried Thai massage, aroma oil massage and everything was beyond my expectations and the woman was so kind and delicate, so it was a true luxurious experience). The hotel is not big, but the way everything is organized, it feels so exclusive and private, the perfect destination for the romantic holiday. Also, the restaurant: we tried 70% of menu and everything was very delicious and various.

We signed up for the barbecue party. We were disappointed with the quality, especially the way the chefs handled the meat and seafood. If you were allergic to seafood or didn't eat meat, you couldn't participate. All meat and seafood were stored together, cooked on the same grill, and knives where just both om seafood and meat. This is doesn't the way a professional kitchen are runned.
