Cleaning staff not at all friendly or wishing to move out of the way for a wheelchair user? Sadly as with most hotels in Rotterdam we had to go along a passage way full of dirty laundry and through a fire escape door to gain access to the main street ! (area outside this door water logged and dirty)

As a wheelchair user the room was perfect (bathroom was really big and spacious. The hotel had created a ramped wheelchair route to the breakfast room. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices. Staff always willing to help.

Hotel card did not work correctly e.g. we could not go to main floor with the elevator just to 1st. Also bringing your dog is expensive. Loud music till late night. Also we paid more for parking then stated (just 50 cent discount) on the website and they cashed us city taxes although booking.com writes that all taxes are included.

At 8th floor we had a nice view and the room was clean. Also the bed was comfy. Location was perfect for our stay. Many restaurants and shops just a few footsteps away.

Beds were not comfortable. Especially sofa bed was really bad. It could have been cleaner.

Poor breakfast choice. Key card was a disaster - needed to go back to the reception for 3 times, because key card didn’t work.

Perfect location that saved me a lot of money! 2 minutes away from the WTC where I had a conference there, 5-10 minutes from most of the city attractions and food outlets, 1 minute from train and tram!

There was no bar or restaurant facilities at all in the hotel which was a disappointment. The hotel was good as its location is its main asset. We stayed two nights and our rooms were not cleaned, just towels replaced. The hotel is dated and the outside does not look great but overall I would stay again as the location is unbeatable.

Location was brilliant. Within walking distance to train station, shops, World Trade Centre, harbour and tourist attractions. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff wasn't very friendly. They were speaking in Dutch among themselves, to me it seemed they were making some inappropriate political jokes, which I didn't like.

The rooms were adequate but a little tired could do with some updating.

Location was perfect, close to Restaurants, shopping, trams Staff were very friendly, after a very long flight from Australia we were able to get into our room on arrival, which was very much appreciated.

There was a cold breeze coming in from the window, which was closed and inaccessible. The card reader on the room door was also broken and didn't fully work.

The bed was comfortable and firm, location was really good, very accessible by public transport. The room service was also very good considering I could just ask for amenities on my phone.

The shower over the bath - was very high to step in and out of. The shower screen leaked and soaked bathroom floor.

Very close to Ahoy, metro shops and restaurants however age of thé building makes it less immune to street noise, not having a restaurant is minus but location makes up for it. Very friendly and helpfull staff

Lovely place with helpful staff and great storage area for bicycles. There was a bath in the room which was very welcome after a long ride. Breakfast was quite adequate and having fruit infused cold water to fill up your water bottle in the reception area was appreciated.

Rather difficult to find on foot from the railway station, and the nearest metro station to the hotel, Beurs, has no lift or escalator. Stadhuis is also near and does have a lift.

Wifi was very slow. TV - couldnt watch it as it was the other end of the room to the bed and it doesnt adjust. Separate toilet - room too small to use properly, legs didnt fit so couldnt close the door. Room walls very dirty, need painting.

Staff friendly and welcoming. Good location in the centre. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with a wide choice to select from.

The hotel is dated, decoration, rooms are old. It was a busy day so everything was a bit slow, but that was to be expected. Bathroom cleanness was discutable.
