Noise carried from hallway, so people returning late to their rooms would wake you. Hotel would benefit from soft closing doors.

Hotel staff were very helpful. The location was central. Breakfast had reasonable variety of choices.

The hotel is a little dated however was in a fantastic location in walking distance to the centre, close to restaurants and cafes. The staff were extremely friendly, very helpful and always greeting you when entering and leaving the hotel, no question was a bother. The room had everything you would need. Breakfast was good with all the basic continental foods. I would highly recommend staying at the hotel if you want a place to stay close to the centre.

What a super hotel. All the staff were exceptionally helpful especially the reception and restuarant staff. The food was excellent in the restaurant and well worth the cost. Not expensive at all. The room was clean and the beds very comfortable. The hotel in in the centre and well placed to stroll in the old town.

Good location to explore Oristano. The breakfast selection was very good! The staff were exceptional. I left my purse in the taxi and they helped me retrieve it. I am so grateful to them (and also the taxi driver who drove to my new location to return my purse)!!

The hotel seems to be stuck in a timewarp with new features added onto what was probably once a beautiful stone building. Hence it is all a bit confused and we had to walk though the restaurant to get to our ‘wing’ of the hotel ! Sadly there was no kettle in the room, the coffee in the restaurant was from a machine and food was served on plastic plates - that’s not 4* standard.

The outside of the hotel tells of time gone by when the hotel was probably the major hotel in the town. The location was good, within walking distance of the old town and the bedroom had a little balcony and a decent bathroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok, with eggs offered, and it was nice to be able to eat outdoors.

Everything was perfect

The location is great and it is very easy to find a parking nearby. The rooms are big even for a family. The breakfast was also good.

It is an older hotel which is in need of renovation - it feels very dated and the garden area is untidy and overgrown. The breakfast was disappointing. I booked a single room and the single bed was tiny and had head and footboards, meaning that I couldn’t actually fit it in when lying flat. My sheets were clean but had holes in them.

The location is close to the train station but right on the edge of the old town.

The rooms were dated, bathroom stunk of sewage and breakfast was too basic.

There was nothing to like about this hotel, all dated and stunk of sewage in the bathrooms. We had to look for an air b n b the minute we got to our room. We didn’t care about the money we had paid as we didn’t feel comfortable at all having had our little girl with us

The shower is horrible especially when you think you paid for a 4 star hôtel. The room are quit small and it definitly need to be modernise. Except from the name of the hôtel, we don't feel in a 4 star hôtel

The bed mattress was pretty smelly, so I couldn't sleep without a pillow. Breakfast could be a bit better even in COVID times.

I liked the location, staff was amazingly kind and spoke English. Hot shower and clean room.
