We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

AustriaC1 had a noisy Gecko inside the room and felt too dark and old. One day a noisy group of Vietnamese tortured me with horrible Karaoke singing until 10 p.m. and around midnight they were drunk and screaming. I felt that they destroyed the peaceful ambiance of the place and that should not be tolerated.
The location is great, right in front of the river. In the morning you can hear the Gibbons singing. It is a very relaxing place. The food is good and the staff is friendly. The receptionist " Van" is well organized and accommodating. I had 3 different rooms during my time there. F2, C1 and F9 They were all great. F2 was new and felt fresh. Riverview. C1 with a very private balcony right at the river F9 great views from the top, interesting bathroom.

SpainVery difficult to figure out how to get to the location from HCMC or from any other place. Also, if you need to take the taxi, provided by the hotel, to or from the bus stop, it will set you back 400.000 Dong one way, which is quiet expensive compared to similar taxi services in Vietnam.
I liked the location, the pool, the restaurant, the vibe and the staff. I would totally recommend staying there.

VietnamThe place needs som maintenance, and a proper clean. It would be a good idea to out some toiletries in the bathroom, fix leaks in the bathroom, etc.
The lodge is located 5 mins from the ferry to the Park. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they all spoke very good English, did bookings for us, and were very honest. The food in the restaurant was absolutely delicious! The rooms we got were right above the river. Absolutely worth the money paid!
