We had really noisy gurgling toilet and it was pumping water for about 10 minutes and since the room is quite small it was a bit disturbing, but beareable.

Very good location not far from the centre and it was easy to find a parking place. Very comfortable beds. Good breakfast

No fridge or electric jug.

Nice modern Hotel well located. 5 min walk to old town and restaurants. 15 min walk to bus station. We got a taxi with luggage. 30min walk to train station. Big room and bathroom. Very good generous breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel is a little tired in areas but you can see the grandeur which is what we like and it was excellent value. The staff in the breakfast room were efficient but not friendly like the reception (didn’t even say good morning to guests) which was a shame.

The ladies on reception were excellent, always friendly and helpful. We did have an issue with the room but they dealt with it very quickly.

The facilities are outdated but the location and helpfulness of staff make up this. Some landscaping in the area behind the hotel would go a long way toward improving the look and feel of the hotel.

Excellent location with parking nearby. The front desk staff members were very kind and the cleaning staff member friendly and efficient.

A classic hotel in the style of the 1930s and 1940s with elegant wood decor everywhere. The room and bathroom were done in the same style. The lobby and front desk could be straight out of an old movie. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. The breakfast buffet had plenty of everything. Free parking on the street and piazza.

Good breakfast with lots of selection. Comfortable seating indoors or out. The location is great, right in the middle of Oristano. The rooms were small, but clean and well air conditioned.

Memory foam mattress was not comfortable. Hotel may have seen it’s better days. Broken coffee machine in morning didn’t help with breakfast.

Location was very good and room spacious. They have a fantastic restaurant next door! Receptionist on first day was super attentive.

The AC on the first day did not function ---- the guests that slammed their doors at all hours of the night and early morning ---- put something on the door frame to help with the noise.

The staff were friendly and attentive to our requests ---- the breakfast had a very nice selection ---

The was a very noisy dog in the same floor barking every single morning.

The location was awesome and they had a room ready to check in at 10 a.m., what made my day because my flight was in the night and I reached the destination extremely tired willing to sleep. Thank you so much!
