The breakfast could have had more hot options

The property is very central and therefore easy to walk to all the sights. The staff were incredibly helpful ie booking restaurants etc

It's a family run hotel and they are super generous! Fruits, candies, drinks, evening drinks all for free. Not to forget very good quality choc bar to welcome you. Really friendly staffs. Great location too. Love it n highly recommend.

The hotel is located very close to the Duomo area, so within walking distance for most sight we wanted to see, as well as many restaurants.

Close walking proximity to Duomo etc but lovely and quiet, the staff were so friendly & helpful, especially Dulaj (we loved happy hour!), Maxime & reception staff, Thomas & breakfast staff. It was like staying with family. Breakfast was delicious, fabulous choice available. Loved having electric kettle in room, complimentary bottled water & very comfy beds. Nothing was too much trouble for the lovely staff 10/10! Thank you so much, we would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful warm welcome. Drinks in room fridge plus a generous chocolate welcome gift. Free drink in bar each evening was unexpected. Breakfast was delicious. A haven.

I cannot imagine staying at a better hotel in Milan. This hotel is perfect in every way. The location is the best, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly in a very professional way, the breakfast was amazing with delicious pastry, eggs, bread, fruit, not to mention cheese and ham, the rooms were perfectly furnished with an exceptionally comfortable bed and pillows plus a free mini bar, the bathroom ( very clean ) had a wonderful shower and necessary products and upon arrival, there was a welcoming drink and appetizers.

Proper old world hotel with wonderful hospitality in a perfect location a stone’s throw from the Duomo, La Scala, a host of other sights and a leisurely stroll to Navigli, close to shops, restaurants and multiple transport options - trams and metro. Lovely breakfast and complimentary evening drinks at the cocktail hour - what more could you ask?

There were nothing to dislike. Everything was really good.

I like the location very much. It was really important for us to reach everywhere by walk. We stayed 2 nights and we didnt hurry to catch transport. Breakfast was super delicious and lot of choice. Hotel staff was very helpful and kind. Room was very clean and we had almost anything necessary. We highly recommend this hotel.

Location location, the hotel staff are amazing the lady at front desk was so helpful and friendly. Overall good value for money breakfast included and minbar that included soft drinks, sparkling and flavored waters. Use of umbrellas are provided and luggage storage.

We thought that a shuttle service from train station or airport would have been standard for the level of hotel.

Reception personnel was excellent. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Included breakfast made for a fueled active day of walking to near the hotel.

The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to all main sights and close to metro stations. Staff are friendly, professional and very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and breakfast selection very good. We felt welcomed and enjoyed our stay very much.
