The Hotel is conveniently located in walking distance from the Fira towncentre and the caldera. Breakfast was delicious and with good variety. Rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. But what really set this place apart for us was the attention of the staff and owner. They really made the stay something special and had great recommendations (not just the usual tourist rip offs) Cannot recommend enough

Camus is an exceptional, helpful, friendly host town! The location was quiet and we enjoyed a beautiful view of the Aegean from the pool area. The location of the hotel was an easy 20 minute walk to the caldera and Fira town. We enjoyed the Pelican Restaurant restaurant recommended by Camus.

An absolutely amazing stay, the place was very clean, the receptionist was welcoming and very helpful, we were given the most important information about the island (what places to visit, where to eat, etc...). A location is just amazing 10-15min walk to the town center with amazing views. 5min walk to tours pickup/drop off point (winery). Highly recommend to stay here!

The property was a little gem, perhaps a few more options at breakfast and some blinds/black out curtains for the room we stayed in. Perhaps some hooks for more storage to hang up towels or jackets etc.

The location of the property was central and a ten minute walk into Fira. The pool was a lovely place to sit and relax by. The recommendations that the host provided were spot on. The hot tub was warm and a very nice little added touch.

The property has a cat which did get into our room once - just something to keep in mind if you’re allergic to cats! The properly also has a steep hill to get up and down so wouldn’t be ideal for anyone with mobility issues

A really nice hotel, only a 5 minute walk from the centre of Fira! The pool is lovely and the rooms were very comfortable with really nice amenities. The staff were really friendly!

There may be small parking space in high season, I'm not sure but there were there cars in the front of the hotel (counting ours) and there was no space left for more cars there. Anyway parking around the place is easy in the upper street.

Not only is Gianna Suites in a great location, easy to access and near Fira, it also makes driving around the island a great experience as it's in the very center of it. The room was big, clean and really comfortable. The service staff are super nice people, always with a smile on their face and helpful. The breakfast buffet was varied and food was tasty. There a pool behind the reception to relax when not visiting other locations on the island. PS: there are some cats around the hotel that you can pet 😺.

Our stay couldn’t have been better ! I just have to thank Gianna Suites for making my first trip to Santorini and my 30th birthday celebration an unforgettable experience . My sister and I had a wonderful time ! The attentive and courteous staff catered for our every need, ensuring that our stay was as comfortable as possible ! Always with a big smile and positive energy , super friendly !! And the place looks even better than it does in the pictures. I loved everything. Some advice If you have a car bigger than a fiat 500 do not try and park at the hotel parking go to the free parking (car park 5) as roads are too narrow.

LOVED this stay, staff really helpful and happy at all times. We had good conversations at reception and were provided with an indepeth itinerary (which was ideal as it was our first time in santorini) Walking distance from everything felt safe at night. Would stay here again.

Gianna Suites was amazing! It was great value for money! The pool was lovely, breakfast food was great and the staff were so lovely! The only thing I would fault was the bed was a little uncomfortable. But overall had the best stay!
