The property was great, good location to Fira. Well appointed and very clean. Breakfast was amazing. But the best thing about Gianna Suites is the staff Ioanna is very knowledgeable about places to go and eat and provides great advice about getting around. She is absolutely wonderful. Definitely coming back and staying at Gianna Suites.

Litterally nothing!

EVERYTHING! Oh my god were to start, yes the room was perfect and the pool was perfect, but the best part of our stay were Joanna and Evelena! Joanna checked us in and gave us the best recommendation of places to visit and restaurants to try, she also helped us rent a car and book a taxi to the airport, and Evelena was the biggest help with all of our needs, she went beyond her job to help us even after our check out since our flight was late in the night!

The staff were very accommodating and friendly. We got lots of recommendations from Evelyn and she even gave us a nice gift to celebrate our wedding. :) We had a comfortable stay and the location is great, only 10 mins walk to the main town. Breakfast was delicious too. Highly recommend this place!

Only one small window in the room, on ground floor with no security screening so we felt unable to get fresh air into the room. (Frosted) glass door to bathroom with gaps. Even after 30 yrs marriage we need more privacy.

Walking distance to main town centre for good shopping and a range of meal options. The room was comfortable with good airconditioning. Spacious enough without wasted areas. I wish it had been warmer, because the pool area looked very inviting. ATV's were arranged b y the staff. This was definately a great way to see the island at our pace.

There is a nice pool area that’s kept very clean, however it is small with only 3 sun loungers.

Rooms are lovely and clean with gorgeous showers. Wifi works well everywhere. Staff were exceptionally friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of things to chose from.

We had an early flight in the morning, so no time to have the breakfast that's included in the room price. The staff brought us some bananas, eggs, yogurt, cake, bread and tea bags the previous night. That's very nice.

The steep streets & hills to walk but have to be ready for that when you go to visit Santorin,i so well worth the steps and climbs.

We loved everything about it. The staff are so friendly & helpful. The 2 ladies that do reception are excellent for good information and advice on the best places to go and see or eat or get hair done. Thanks, Evelyn & Joanna you could be tour guides. The breakfast was delicious, and staff in dining room & cleaners were amazing. The added bonus was a proper extra large double bed, not 2 small beds pushed together, which is in most the other hotels. Unfortunately we didnt take photos of just the room or outside but is exactly as looks on website

I highly recommend Gianna Suites hotel.It has a great location, just a few minutes' walk to the center of Fira. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is delicious. A nice touch was the two bottles of water delivered to the room every day.

We stayed here for 3 nights, it is about a 10 minute walk to Thira town uphill but through lovely winding streets. About 10 min walk from the bus stop that goes directly to the airport. We had a gorgeous room with a balcony. Cleaned every day and complimentary water given every day. We had the complimentary breakfast there every morning, it was perfect with different coffees, fruit, cereal and some pastries. The staff were so friendly and helpful and booked a transfer for us to the port. The pool was very quiet so we had it to ourselves most of the time. 100% recommend.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The jacuzzi was a lovely addition to the room. The staff was a highlight to our stay. Incredibly welcoming, kind, and helpful. The location was also good- only a short walk from the centre of Fira.

We had issues with the Wifi in our room even though it was available in rest of the hotel. Though, the hotel staff was very responsive and really tried to solve the issue.

Location of the hotel is perfectly close to Fira bus stop and main market. Our room was beautiful. We loved that we have enough privacy in our room balcony. Even the staff was really helpful.
