Beautiful Villas with a fantastic view. The accommodation was very clean bright and well thought out and had a very relaxed atmosphere about it. The owner Markos was always on hand or available on the phone and kindly organised transfers both from the ferry and then to the airport when leaving. The property is only 10 minutes walk from Oia so really well situated or if you want a quieter night out there is a bar and restaurant close by the property with nightly Greek trad music. The outdoor pool area was lovely to relax or take a dip to escape the heat with a jacuzzi attached to it also. The rooms were serviced every day and were spotless on our return from sightseeing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Red Stone Villas and definitely will be back. Also Markos the owner owns the KooKoo bar in Oia and that is a must visit either for breakfast, dinner or drinks. Beautiful restaurant and var with great food and drinks and a view of the Caldera sunset

Honestly there is nothing negative I could say. The property was amazing.

Amazing villa, very clean with a great pool to chill out at. You’re just in walking distance of all the hustle and bustle but far enough away that you can relax privately without lots of tourists being around you. Would highly recommend staying here especially with how great Markus, the host, is he arranged for us to get picked up from the airport and has gave us great advice and help throughout our whole stay. When we come back to Santorini we will definitely stay here again! The villas are incredible and such a good base to explore the rest of the island. The beds are extremely comfortable and the lounge area is great to sit and relax after a day of exploring. Honestly my review can’t even do justice for how amazing the whole experience was. If you haven’t booked somewhere to stay, stay here you won’t regret it!

15 minute walk to bus station was the only flaw, but this is reflected in the price so it’s not a real problem.

Very nice accommodation with excellent views. The apartment is equipped with everything and very comfortable. From the terrace you have sunset view. Markus the owner is very helpful and his parents are lovely people. Recommended!

Everything was perfect.

If you're looking for a calm, crowd-free vacation, this little hotel is ideal. I stayed in late April and loved the peaceful atmosphere. The stylish complex, lovely pool, and comfortable rooms made it hard to leave! It's just outside Oia, 10 min walk to the village center. The owner Markos helps you with everything. Even before your arrival you will feel welcomed. It was such a nice experience. Can only recommend:)

The location can be difficult to find by yourself but Markos sent someone to guide us and we had no issues.

The villa was just amazing. We booked for two days and didn't have any problems. The, owner Markos was very understanding of our arrival schedule and happily facilitated us despite our last minute plan changes. Oia is just a couple of minutes away by car, or 10 minutes by foot. We definitely would visit again.

The only thing I didn't like was that we were there only 2 days. That's critically short terms for this paradise :.)

Unforgettable views, the most cozy accommodation and incredibly nice and positive owners. At our request, they provided a transfer service, were in touch all the time, and kindly shared their tips as locals on what to visit and see on this island.

The place is lovely and location is good, just around 15min walk to Oia city center. We can even see the beautiful sunset from the balcony of our room. The host Markos is really helpful and nice, giving us recommendations to the place we can go and the directions. His new restaurant koo koo bar in Oia serves delicious food too. WiFi can be weak sometimes but overall a very great experience and will definitely come back again next time:)

We are a family of 3. The room is spacious and spotlessly clean and the surrounding compound is very well maintained. The balcony has a very nice view of the sea and it’s a good place to chill after a long day sightseeing. The host and his family makes you feel very comfortable and welcomed. It feels like a home away from home. It is within 10 minutes walking distance to Oia, supermarket and nice restaurant. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again. I would give it a 10/10. Awesome!

Getting here via public transport is a little tiring.

The woman who checked us in (hate myself for forgetting her name) was so nice! We felt warmly welcomed, the room was huge and the views from the balcony were absolutely amazing. Its close to amazing breakfast places and the Fira-Oia hiking trail.

It was amazing place to stay - everything was perfect. Location is close to Oia, but not in the crowded area, so you can enjoy the escape from noise and relax. The design of the rooms and the villa overall is so aesthetically pleasing - I couldn’t stop making pictures everywhere! Everything was clean and cozy, and very easygoing hosts. The view is amazing and the pool was a great addition and nice area to chill.

The shower is no separated from the facilities in the bathroom, the bathroom floor gets flooded quite quickly.

Great location, perfect starting point to reach everything from the island. Easy 15’ walk to Oia, which can be an absolute jungle. Great restaurants just around the corner. The rooms are beautiful, everything you need. The absolut highlight is the host Markos and his Family who made this trip absolutely special. We have been welcomed with a glass of santorini white wine and the got recommendations whenever we needed something. Markos also owns a restaurant in Oia (kookoo) and which is absolutely a blast! The price is fair and i feel great to support a real Santorini family business.

Wine on the house was a perfect start! Location is on the quiet part of Oia but also near enough. Everything was just perfect with attention to details, comfortable and very clean. Upstairs loft bedroom had a low ceiling and access via ladder stairs. Useful to know for people who are very tall or might have accessibility requirements.

Loved the space itself, Red Stone Villa is a beautiful hotel! We stayed in a very big room with 2 bedrooms and large living space. Staff were super friendly and they went above and beyond to make sure we had a terrific stay. Complimentary wine, allowed us to checkout late, and arranged transfers for us. Markos was always available via text if we had questions about how to get around or where to go, which was really helpful and added to our experience. Close to main town of Oia, just a 20 minute walk. Short walk away (less than 10 mins) from local amenities and easy access to buses to explore the rest of the island.

Marcos and his family are amazing host. They have built a wonderfull small oasis within 10 minutes walking distance to the busy center. The room was very clean and perfectly equipped. The owner also runs a nice restaurant in Oia called KooKoo Bar - perfect for brunch. There are also two brilliant taverns within 2 minute walking distance - highly recommended for dinner. Would definitly book Red Stone Villa again!

Not right in the center of town but the walk is short and sweet

Markos was a fantastic host, extremely responsive and hospitable. He will take care of you! The facilities were clean in a quiet area about 15 minute walk from Oía. Very good location and amazing value. The room itself was spacious, clean, and quiet with a well designed cave layout with quaint features. The bedroom and bathroom were roomy and well equipped. The living room was large and comfortable. We stayed in the Hera room. Perfect for a couple. We would definitely stay again!

A villa located in a peaceful part of Oia. A stunning view both in the morning during breakfast and in the evening at sunset. The rooms and surroundings are very clean and well-maintained. In the immediate vicinity (a few minutes' walk), there are several excellent restaurants and shops. The slightly secluded location is a significant advantage as it allows you to relax away from the crowds, yet it is close enough for a short walk to the tourist area. Marcos and the rest of the staff were super friendly and super helpful.
