It would be perfect if they offered breakfast, allowing you to enjoy your time at the villa. Otherwise, there are some restaurants nearby, or you can have breakfast at the host’s restaurant, KooKoo Bar.

I couldn’t be more satisfied with my stay at Red Stone Villa! Everything was perfect, from the cozy ambiance to the attentive service. The welcoming and caring host truly impressed me. Located in the charming town of Finikia, it's the perfect spot to explore and stroll around. Also, it’s only a 15-minute walk to the city centre. Highly recommend!

I’ve honestly never experienced such a welcoming and caring host. He was always available for the wishes and questions of us nevertheless they were often very spontaneous. I can only recommend booking the Red Stone Villa for your next stay in Santorini as it is only a quick walk to the center of Oia but not as touristic as it is in the city itself. Furthermore one should definitely visit the KooKoo Bar and enjoy a great dinner or breakfast. We did both and never regretted it!

The path to the villa is unpaved. Night time can be difficult without any lights. Maybe additional fans in rooms on hot days.

The only thing I wish they have is a kitchen and washing facility the guests can access anytime .We also get fed up sometimes eating restaurants meal everyday.And if we plan to stay longer like a month ,it’s already high maintenance.But I think the owner has a plan of expansion and adding up more to improve the place .

The owner Markus and his staff were so good to us from arrival to departure .There’s a personal touch ,treated us like family .The villa is beautiful with your own sunset you can enjoy if you feel lazy going to Oia and don’t want to compete with other people for the sunset view .But if you decide to go to Oia ,it’s just a 16-21mins from the villa.The bed was so comfy .We slept so well after our long trip from US&Australia .With our delayed flights and late arrival ,Markus was very much in touch with us and our taxi driver to ensure we are ok and talked with the tavern nearby to prepare us late dinner even when it’s near to closing time .And the villa gave us complimentary breakfast on our first beautiful morning .Markus mom was the one who personally brought our food .Her smile was like sunshine .Then we met lovely Bruna,who does the cleaning .Having a little chat with her was something we also looked forward to every morning she’s around.Going around Oia and stopping by at Markus kookoo bar restaurant without booking yet getting the best seat in the place was another privilege we enjoyed .We were also welcomed there with such warmth by his beautiful wife Lorena.we even had a few rides on the house from the owner after a late night out.The place has a vibrant feeling ,making us feel safe to walk even at night .Even the nearby tavern staff has become our friends haha.We feel like locals already .Will definitely come back and stay longer here .Keep up the great work Markus & team.it’s a home away from home.💗💗💗

What a magical stay. The host Marku was fantastic as was his family. The villa is stunning, beautifully appointed and loved the pool and outside areas. The sunset views are postcard perfect. Could not have asked for a more perfect place to stay on Santorini.

I want to thank Marko for such a wonderful weekend I spent at Red Stone Villa. Beautiful design of the rooms, beautiful view from the balcony. Excellent staff - Bruna, always smiling and ready to help in everything. Marko and his wife also opened the beautiful bar-restaurant KooKoo in the center of Oia. Not far from the bar there is a free private parking lot of the KooKoo bar, where you can leave your rental car. Very tasty dishes, I recommend everyone to try them. Marko and his wife are always there to make every visitor feel comfortable. I recommend Red Stone Villa for accommodation and a delicious meal at the KooKoo bar and restaurant. I will definitely visit these locations again.

Marku his wife and family have finished off the property to a high standard. The apartments, pool and surrounding areas were spotless. Bruna met us on arrival and ensured our stay was excellent, always smiling and very helpful a credit to Markus team.The view from the roof and the balcony are outstanding. We liked everything and the owners were so friendly and the hospitality was excellent. They treated us like we knew them for years more like family and not like guests. I very highly recommend this Villa to people that want to stay in a beautiful clean and friendly place. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The location is perfect for visiting Oia at a reasonable price. Markos also owns a parking lot in Oia. This made visiting the town easy and affordable. All the Red Stone Residents can park at his restaurant - Koo Koo Bar. We suggest having dinner there. Best food in Oia and at a good price. Everything at the villa we extremely clean - thanks Bruna - just like the photos. The villa itself is worth staying at all day to relax and watch the scenery. Great sunset view.

The host, Markos, was very attentive and would respond to messages immediately. The location is very good with excellent view. 20 mins walking distance to oia. Apartment has sufficient facilities. There is a nice restaurant next door for really good breakfast. Markos also has a good restaurant in town called KooKoo ... we were there twice and the dishes were delicious

Red stone villa is quaint and calm. It is only 22min away from the oia city centre on foot. With cab 5 min. Bus stop is right in front. I stayed in Oia for two nights. Rooms are spacious, modern and give Mediterranean vibe. I am speechless for the hospitality I got from the owner Marku and the staff specially Lina. Very friendly and warm people. Marku makes sure everything is taken care off. You can be just care free there. Also I used the transportation service provided by Ultimate route (Aurel Mahmuti)which was a recommendation from Marku. A very reliable and efficient service (please listen to Aurel’s tips, you will not regret 😉). Highly recommended. Oh and don’t forget to visit Marku’s Koo koo cafe lounge bar and restaurant. It is in Oia city centre. You will find food coma incoming.

Nothing to dislike

Beautiful Villas with a fantastic view. The accommodation was very clean bright and well thought out and had a very relaxed atmosphere about it. The owner Markos was always on hand or available on the phone and kindly organised transfers both from the ferry and then to the airport when leaving. The property is only 10 minutes walk from Oia so really well situated or if you want a quieter night out there is a bar and restaurant close by the property with nightly Greek trad music. The outdoor pool area was lovely to relax or take a dip to escape the heat with a jacuzzi attached to it also. The rooms were serviced every day and were spotless on our return from sightseeing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Red Stone Villas and definitely will be back. Also Markos the owner owns the KooKoo bar in Oia and that is a must visit either for breakfast, dinner or drinks. Beautiful restaurant and var with great food and drinks and a view of the Caldera sunset

Honestly there is nothing negative I could say. The property was amazing.

Amazing villa, very clean with a great pool to chill out at. You’re just in walking distance of all the hustle and bustle but far enough away that you can relax privately without lots of tourists being around you. Would highly recommend staying here especially with how great Markus, the host, is he arranged for us to get picked up from the airport and has gave us great advice and help throughout our whole stay. When we come back to Santorini we will definitely stay here again! The villas are incredible and such a good base to explore the rest of the island. The beds are extremely comfortable and the lounge area is great to sit and relax after a day of exploring. Honestly my review can’t even do justice for how amazing the whole experience was. If you haven’t booked somewhere to stay, stay here you won’t regret it!

15 minute walk to bus station was the only flaw, but this is reflected in the price so it’s not a real problem.
