We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Start were pleasant and helpful chef was very on the ball we upgraded our room as we were looming at scaffolding we were a bit upset as it cost another £17 but it was worth it to see the sea view. Only moan really was small tv just a bit bigger than a tablet which is odd as we upgraded and TV was much bigger in.lower grade room Allington in all staff lovely and not far from anything. We'll worth a night.or two

United KingdomStaff friendly and courteous. Room was clean and comfy. Run out of tea and coffee and asked at reception. They brought an adequate stock of tea coffee sugar and milks. Nice breakfast. Overall I'd say not at all a bad place to stay. Ideal as a base to be out and about. This was a midweek stay. Weekends probably a little more lively.

Very close to the sea with clear view from our twin room. Bed linen crisp and clean. Beds comfy. En-suite bathrooms small but good. We used the hotel for 1 night to break a long drive. It was fine for this. Communication beforehand was good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic but good.

United KingdomTake ear plugs noise from other rooms floors squeaking doors etc and outside as we were side road facing .breakfast is only continental on a Thurs but other guests said full English was good. Parking is free yes but it is 2 rows and limited so if like me you get stuck on the back row you have to wait for the other guests to return before you can leave. No vanity table only mirror is inside wardrobe.
Clean good sized room like others have said needs updating but doesn't affect stay. Nice powerful shower hairdryer in room was an added bonus. Staff friendly and helpful.

United KingdomThere was a strange smell in the hotel , not sure if it's just the sea air?! £20 for the dog to stay which I felt was very expensive. Lots of steep stairs so may be tricky for anyone with mobility issues.
Staff were really welcoming and friendly 🙂 the room was charming, old building with character. Sea view too.

Great value for money, with an excellent full breakfast included. Free parking (parking always an issue in Weston)

Enjoyed our Stay for one night. Beautiful views from our room. The room was spacious and very clean apart from maybe carpet could have been vacuumed a bit better as few bits over carpet or maybe had been forgotten. The hotel is being renovated but is doing a super job so far . Bedding was beautifully clean. Breakfast was everything you needed to set you up for the day. Staff bit nervous but was very welcoming and polite. We enjoyed breakfast.

United KingdomFood service slightly muddled - no spaces left at breakfast so a space hastily set away from the main dining area with lots of things missing , felt coach party got the best service. Had to ask and wait for tea , toast etc. Hot breakfast served from chaffing dishes on tressle tables - not seen this for decades! Sausages the smallest ever and a quarter of a slice of white bread crust fried bread !!.Fruit juices not replenished even after asking and the glasses for this stacked on the 'buffet table' in old blue broken trays that mushrooms are delivered in !! Only one staff member waiting on table - but he was doing his best.
