Close to the skiing slopes (starts basically right in front of the apartment) and hiking trails (entrance to national park is 5min away) as well as to the center of Saariselkä (5min walk to bus stop). The apartment itself was well equipped and had a cozy vibe. Every apartment has a dedicated sauna time slot of 30min (which changes every day) but there’s also public sauna slots for women (18-19h) and men (19-20h), which was great if the private slot time didn’t fit. Overall very happy with the accommodation and can definitely recommend it☺️”

We were blown away by the aurora alarm clock, which let us catch stunning views of the aurora borealis right from our cabin. The dinner and breakfast were top-notch, and the room itself was simply stunning. What really made our stay very convenient were the activities available, like husky rides and reindeer safaris, also private sauna. We opted for the reindeer safari, which we enjoyed the most. Plus, having our owen tablet in the room for extra info was a nice touch. Indeed, it was a splurge, but it was worth every penny for such an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend this place for a luxury getaway!”
