Bad cleaning. Very thin walls and doors in the flat and between this and the next flat. Annoying. Thin quilts for wintertime. Very humid in the flat after sauna.

Very good coffee maker. Good pillow. Smart tv. Short way to everything. Fireplace with wood. Good sauna when you slip in some air.

The bedroom was cold and the radiator at living room was only "kicking in" heat in bursts. For the next guest wondering, it does heat up, it just takes a bit time for a heat kick to start. There was also a staff member all of a sudden outside cleaning the porch very loudly and smoking a cigarette. The clean was nice, thank you, but the sudden banging noises freaked me from my nap and the cigarette smoke got inside the apartment.

It was so nice that a christmas tree with lights greeted us inside <3 Very cosy and tidy!

Firstly we expected to have the apartment ready for 4 people but it was prepared only for 2 in the bedroom. The coach and the bed sheets were not prepared and we had to move to furniture ourselves to set it up. Secondly the WiFi was not working at all! It was called "suite 1" and we stay in suite 3 so I guess they have only one router for all the suites. Overall it was not working and we had to use mobile data.

The check in and check out were smooth. The staff was quite helpful. Fire place is very nice and useful, wood was prepared. Sauna is a nice benefit as well as the outside storage for skis etc.

It could have been somewhat cleaner, althoug it was not dirty. just some food from previous residents in the freezer and shampoo in the shower.

We liked the totality of amenities, with cabinet for drying clothes, sauna, etc. perfect for a family weekend retreat.

Alot of small things that soured the experience a bit. Heating was weird all around, with seemingly no heating in the bedroom. Sauna didn't heat up properly too.

- not enough heating in the bedroom even if setting is max - bathroom leaks when showering but tolerable - sauna area not fully enclosed - tv cannot be connected to wifi, too old for netflix etc. - supplies of common condiments not complete. - instructions/notes not in universal language (english).

- overall clean - fireplace - sauna - complete kitchen facilities and utensils - 2 mins away from supermarket - everything is walking distance

The heating system was weird and there was practically no heating in the bed room. We never found the ski waxing room.

Clean, well functioning apartment for 2, would not pack 4 in it. Well located for the mall, rentals and restaurants as well as the xc ski piste. Well equipped kitchen.

There were several problems in the apartment that we notified over multiple calls but there was no action taken during our stay to fix those. The reception staff kept telling us that they would send in somebody immediately and we kept waiting but nobody came. Our sauna and lighter, the fireplace was not working. Dishwasher tablets were not provided. The apartment looks too old and was smaller than it looks in the pictures. The apartment's heating system is too bad. We were freezing the entire time. The apartment heats up after a few hours it is kept on. We went to the office to address this in person and wanted to get monetary compensation for ruining our stay experience on a vacation. Overall it is not worth it for the money you pay for.

The property was not clean. There was dust under the bed and it was not clean under the sauna bench and the kitchen supplies were also not washed properly.

The property was in the city center and everything was in walking distance. The property had all the supplies we needed e.g. washing machine, dishwasher, dryer cabinet. In addition there is a sauna, me and my friends enjoyed.

Cozy apartment that was the perfect size for 2 adults and 2 teenage kids, had everything we needed and was very conveniently located close to supermarket, bus stop and activity shop. Would definitely recommend

The standard of the apartment versus the price of the apartment did not go “hand in hand” - too expensive for this kind of apartment.

We came an hour earlier than checkin time so were a little worried that we would have to wait for our room. But instead we got an even bigger room than we had expected. Fantastic comfort, was super cosy and equipped with everything you need and really enjoyed the fireplace and sauna, the high ceiling and balcony added to the luxurious feeling. Family and pet friendly! That checkout is at 13.00 is also great. Will definitely stay here again if we come back! 10 out of 10!
