There was a slight issue of the airport transfer. What was explicitly written on their signage vs what was advertised online as part of their actual policies state are contradictory. Sign at the hotel says airport transfer every 30 mins but online policy says it has to be upon request first. And apparently, what is online is what they’re following. Neither the upon check in nor checkout were we told about this airport transfer policy online that they’re following. Worst of all a single reception lady didn’t even apologise to us when she was saying this new information to us. We didn’t feel any sympathy from her. Good thing everything was awesome and everyone else was accommodating. Hoping that lone lady is just the exception amongst the excellent staff that we’ve encountered.

The balconies are build so that birds get caught in the balcony and wont be able to fly away. It was quite stressfull to see trangled bird in the opposite balcony.

Staff was friendly and shuttle worked well every half an hour. Room was clean and bed was good. Excellent location near airport!

-Noisy from the outside, we could hear the cars ran pass through the window very clearly. Already checked that the windows are closed. -Inside the kettle is not clean at all. Looked like it has not been cleaning for a long time. -The food at the hotel is too expensive.

-The hotel is very near to the airport and free shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport is very good. -The hotel room is nice and clean, very nice shower, comfy bed and blanket.

Our room was in the conference centre part- very stark and the halls and walls look as if they need work.

The lobby was lovely. The bar and restaurant great! The room was perfect - comfortable bed and great bathroom. Really liked the Crabtree & Evelyn products.

Trapped in the middle of nowhere, the bar and food prices are astronomical. No WiFi in the rooms. Soulless and expensive option for a free shuttle ride. Sorry Hilton, try a little tenderness.....

Easy option for a night near the airport if you're happy being located in an industrial estate.

Bar snacks expensive, and mediocre quality, especially compared with the general standard of food available during our stay in Spain.

Free shuttle made the hotel very convenient for the airport, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Easy enough walk to the local metro to get into the city centre.

Large buffet breakfast only option. A simple coffee and snack facility would be nice, but this is available at the airport itself.

Late-night front desk clerk wrongly stated that Booking.com price would not be honored. This was clarified in the morning, but I was concerned/angry about it overnight. Suggest better training.

No character. Expensive option for an overnight stay before a flight out. Restaurant prices were extremely high. Still quite a long way from the airport with an expensive taxi ride to get there. Try to take the shuttle bus.

Unfortunately we arrived after midnight after our flight was cancelled and we had to travel from Almería Airport by bus. By then the restaurant was closed and we were only able to have a drink from the bar before it too closed. Breakfast was good before we took the shuttle back to the airport.

The bathroom design is not user friendly, glass wash basin looks funny and hard to place anything on it. Glass sliding doors of my room is broken, so we can’t close the door. The shower room is 1 meter square which is too tiny for shower. And the careless housekeeper mistakenly put 2 bottles of shower gel instead of 1 shower gel 1 shampoo in the shower room…then I found 2 bottles of shampoo hanging on the wall of the bath tub…and there’s a hand ban left on the faucet from previous guest…

5 mins drive to the airport, hotel has a free shuttle every 30 mins from 5am. The room size is good. The lounge and lift looks modern and fine. There is a big shopping mall with many restaurants opposite the high way. You can walk 20 mins there.

Staffs were excellent, helpful, and kind. The lobby was great, I had half a day working at the lobby with some food and drinks. The Internet was good and communication by taxi was very easy.

For an airport hotel, it was disappointing that the free transport did not begin until 5am. For our 6am flight, we had to take 2 taxis, costing an additional 50 euros. At arrival, our reservation couldn't be found. After showing them all the confirmation papers, they found us.If you don't book with Hilton directly, be careful

It was winter and the children enjoyed the indoor pool. Booking rooms with exec level privileges was worth the extra cost.

Billing for extras has been a complete fiasco. Paid with Euro debit card and so far they have taken EUR 515 for a EUR 155 bill. Several calls and e mails later problem still not resolved. Really annoying.

Good frequent shuttle service to airport terminals. Helpful staff. Dined in restaurant twice, good food but rather expensive. Pool and sauna clean, though pool rather cold 26 degrees. As airport hotels go this is a good one.
