Dinning area was too close to the swimming pool, no separate entrance for people to walk through. Everyone walks through the dining and swimming area.

My room was above the bar where the music was played. Prior to dinner the music had a lot of bass and the 'thumping' could be heard in the rooms above. In the evening the music was mellower. Room 210.

The pool was nice. Breakfast was very good - lots of choices. Staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel is in a good location for walking to the beach and around the area. Lots of shopping for local items close.

Only criticism was although breakfast served until ten most things weren't refilled from 9.15am onwards meaning you felt you had to get their earlier. Also wasn't too busy when we were there so usually got a spot round the pool but might be difficult in peak season.

Lovely little hotel, staff really friendly and good facilities. Pool got the sun for most of the day and the location was great, less than 10 mins walk to the beach and less than 5 mins to Warungs

The noise from the street. There is a taxi place just in front of hotel and they keep chatting, also all motorbikes and so on. We took the bigger room and it was in front of the street, next time I will take the room in other building. Also the construction work, we didn’t know about that in the first place so it was kind of annoying. They keep working even on weekend days. There was some time when we chose to go somewhere else because you can’t listen that working sound. Also they are offering beach facilities in other hotel, but it is not worth it to spend money on it. The umbrellas and sunbeds are so old there is not so much joy there :)

Hotel was in a good location, with an excellent staff who always tried to make our holiday the best. The breakfast was a buffet, but everyday something new and the food in general is really delicious. Few times we had a dinner in hotel’s restaurant it was really nice as well. The spa facilities in a hotel are the best!!

Nice clean hotel. Cool towels and welcome drink on arrival. We got upgraded to a junior suite, so plenty of room, comfy bed. Great, clean, big pool. Lovely gardens. Decent buffet breakfast. Staff were friendly and informative. Some great local warungs nearby. Easy walk to beach.

Location was a little bit away from the town centre but overcome with a quick bike ride.

Staff were exceptional, pool area was great. Many families and kids were playing in and around the pool area.

Airconditioner broke down in our room so had to change rooms. Balcony sliding doors in both rooms need maintenance as very sticky and hard to use. Difficult to get access to use pool chairs as hotel allows people to reserve them by placing their pool towels on the chair but then not being there to use.

Large room with large bed, location in Sanur, proximity to restaurants and a 5 min walk to the beach. Great buffet breakfast.

Great location in Sanur, quite but not far from attraction areas. Everything is just proper, no unnecessary gimmicks. Old ones but very well maintained with nice staff, remind us the true value of hospitality.

Latte and coffee drinks no included in breakfast and have to carry cash to breakfast to pay for it. No food or drinks allowed to be charged to the room. Being your purse to breakfast, lunch and happy hour. 😁

Showers were poor, bed was a bit too firm for us and there’s not enough Sun loungers and bean bags round the pool. Was frustrating that by 8am people had managed to lay their towels down but were nowhere to be seen.

Wonderful staff, they were all so friendly, polite and helpful, the cleanliness of the rooms was very good, breakfast was good, the pool was a perfect temperature and excellent comfy beanbags!
