To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe only feedback would be to keep the buffet in the Pearl Lounge open past 8pm as that is quite early to close in the evening. It would also be better if drinks and snacks were available all day in the Pearl Lounge.
The staff were so friendly, attentive and really helpful. Really made the stay so enjoyable, such lovely people. It's also absolutely beautiful and clean and delicious food

UzbekistanMy room wasn't cleaned properly - upon checking in I found refillable soap bottle empty anf a battery missing in a weight scale. Called housekeeping, waited for 30 minutes, no show - had to call again. Following day the same happened with room service. No service, called housekeeping, waited, called again. Housekeeping needs attention Also found trash under my bed - unacceptable. I left a letter for the property's manager with no reply - disapointed.
I liked the check in, the facilities, most of the staff was helpful. The pool is great, I liked the beach. A la carte restaurants are good but its evening smorgas board lacks quality.

Very comfortable room with a pillow menu so you really get a great sleep. Amazing bath robes. Relaxing pool area with excellent service and a good selection of poolside food and drinks. View of the sunset every evening was great. Products in the room smelled great.

NetherlandsDO NOT BOOK THROUGH BOOKING.COM because any problem you can have with a hotel they will not solve it. And though the hotel accept to cancel a reservation without charge booking.com will never refund you the money and will delete all messages you received from them and the hotel. So be careful and take screenshots of all these messages (also keep the emails you received in the e mail) because they delete all traces so they will not refund your money.
