Toyako Guest House Ponkotan is located in Lake Toya, in the Toyako Onsen district. With free WiFi, this 1-star hostel offers a shared kitchen and a shared lounge. I don’t often write reviews but my stay in this hostel just needs one. I stayed here for only one night on my trip trough Hokkaido and it was just amazing. The accommodation is clean and cozy and the beds are soo comfortable. But the best: the hosts. They were so kind and helped me with all my questions. English conversation is also possible! :-) Since it was heavily raining on the morning I left, the offered me a drive to the bus station. Thank you so much, Keiko-san, arigato gosaimasu.

Staff were very attentive and kind, I was really happy that they accommodated my request for the meals. Attentive to details & the service was top. The room was excellent, clean, spacious and has everything you need. View is amazing and outdoor onsen was very relaxing 😄.

THE BLAUBAUM TOYA is located in Lake Toya, just 23 miles from Higashi-muroran Station and 30 miles from Hirafu Station. This property was excellent. Host was very thoughtful and it came with everything that you need even to BBQ stuff. Highly recommended.
