Breakfast was good and everything was fresh (also at the other hotel's restaurant). Staff are very professional always with a smile, very helpful and tended to all our requests. We sat in the hotel's bar and enjoyed the singer Wayne and the woman that accompanied him playing. It was delightful. Prices were very decent. We enjoyed every minute there and will for sure come back here again.

More importantly, the rooms are huge, not only for Japan, but even compared to European hotels. They are also very well maintained and super clean. The bathroom is also very spacious with an automatic bath (you just have to choose the temperature and the water is filled automatically!). There are also washing and drying machines in the hotel. The staff are very friendly and speak very good English.
