This was perhaps the best hotel experience I’ve ever had and i cannot say enough good things - beautifully designed, incredibly well laid out, super comfortable bed, a lovely bar/coffee area both inside and outside, lovely staff every encounter and even a Dyson hairdryer! You cannot beat this place anywhere in the world. Simply loved it!

A contemporary boutique guest house set in a Georgian townhouse, Number 38 Clifton offers stylish rooms with views of the Clifton Downs or Bristol city centre. the whole atmosphere of the townhouse, the location, the attention to detail in every single room made this the perfect stay. We only stopped over for 1 night and wished we could have stayed longer. A lovely finish was the outstanding breakfast.

Set in Bristol, within 600 metres of Bristol Temple Meads Station and 700 metres of Cabot Circus, Leonardo Hotel Bristol City features accommodation with a bar. The location was great: walking distance from the train station. Towels and bedding were very good quality. The bed was comfortable and afforded us a restful night's sleep. Staff were helpful and pleasant....and breakfast was good. We appreciated the 2 large bottles of water in the room and that the restaurant was open for lunch at 3pm. This is the hotel we will choose when we return to Bristol.

Set above Avon Gorge, this hotel overlooks Brunel's famous suspension bridge. It has a large terrace for al fresco dining with excellent views. Loved the breakfast room, full of light and beautiful views over the Gorge in the morning. The staff were friendly, but professional, and breakfast was good. The interior of the hotel is designed well, dramatic colour schemes which really work, but at same time it’s comfortable too. Particularly enjoyed the bar area with its stunning views over the Gorge at night. The bedrooms were very simple, but tastefully furnished, classic/modern design bathroom with some period pieces in the bedroom, a nice nod to the history of the building.
