Everything was great. The staff was super kind and helpful, and Terrace 16 was a great experience too.
The fitness center is great, and the swimming pool too.
The room was great, the bed was comfortable, all the bathroom items were good, and the view was amazing.

Excellent hotel overall. Very comfortable rooms and bed, the entire hotel was spotless. Great location easy walking to so many things. The service was great and the all the staff are super helpful and friendly. The food was very good at both restaurants and it had a very nice outdoor patio with a restaurant and bar. I highly reccomend the Loews hotel!

The location was prime. We were going to a concert at the United Center and it is only a 10 minute walk away. Even though there are shuttles that run it was a nice walk. Our room was ready early and it was clean and comfortable.
I really appreciated how close it was to the United Center for the concert I was attending. It is within walking distance, less than 10 minutes. I also LOVED that Harold’s chicken was nearby as well.
Location was great for me and my daughter to be able to walk to the united center for our concert! The staff checking us in were very helpful and assured me we would be safe walking at night.
Room was great, feels more like a dorm (in a good way), by far the quietest hotel I've ever stayed in, service was great. Location was very close to the United Center (which is why we stayed).
This property is in a great location, not too close to the tourist areas [zoo, Magnificent Mile, United Center, great food] but not too far from them either. The room is a pretty good size with natural light coming in and is perfect for 2. The loft is 'self-serve'/diy mobile check in, trash, housekeeping, etc. The loft does provide towels, however I bring my own towels and toiletries, so if one needed more I’m not sure how that would work..
Wonderful breakfast. Room was clean and quiet. Also loved that it was within walking distance to the United Center, which saved us from having to pay for an Uber. Definitely would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.
