Everything was great. The staff was super kind and helpful, and Terrace 16 was a great experience too.

Excellent hotel overall. Very comfortable rooms and bed, the entire hotel was spotless. Great location easy walking to so many things. The service was great and the all the staff are super helpful and friendly. The food was very good at both restaurants and it had a very nice outdoor patio with a restaurant and bar. I highly reccomend the Loews hotel!

Great location right near Union Station so it was very convenient for us to walk from the train to the property. L line stop was also super close so we could hop on the Blue line to get to places. The room was really well appointed with everything you needed. Very roomy and clean. Also liked that we were close to Greek Town and could get great food right down the street.
I liked the location, walking distance to Union station, eateries, tourist sites. An employee greeted me and showed me how to check in and get my key card, it was quick and simple. The room was modern, clean, and attractive.
This is one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed. Check in was easy and fast..Same goes to the check out. Love that they have filter water and provide a bottle for you to fill out in. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious to fit in our 3 luggages. We picked this hotel because it was located in front of the revival hall which has halal food options. The hotel was just a distance from the union station.
We liked the proximity to Union Station, the employees, the large updated room & bathroom, and their willingness to hold our bags after we checked out.
It is a great location for sightseeing, and we took a walk along the river walk, Willis Tower and Union Station. After returning to the hotel, I had fun with my family in the game room.

It is near the union station. I walked from the union station to Hi Chicago at 10 p.m. and I felt safe.
The staff at check in was fabulous!! They go "above and beyond". It is in a great location for what I typically like to do in Chicago-Art Institute, theatre and it's an easy walking distance from Union Station plus it is just around the corner from the blueline.
Breakfast is much better than most "breakfast included" hotels, especially in this price range.
