The location is perfect. It is a short walk to the metro, and within walking distance to Shinsaibashi-Suji and Dotonburi. There's a 24hr supermarket just next to the hotel (onigiri at 138 yen!) and many restaurants nearby. We especially like the free drinks at the lounge.

This 3 star rated hotel was higher quality then the 4 star rated hotels I stayed in Kyoto and Tokyo. The room was very modern and spacious. Location is very close to the Midousuji line and is in a quiet area of town, halfway between metropolitan Umeda and Shinsaibashi and Namba. You'll have to either walk or take a subway to get anywhere.

The breakfast was excellent. Good spread and delicious. The location is within walking distance from Namba station or Daikoku Subway station. The staff may not be at the counter at all times, they are helpful if you faced any issues with the hotel. The hotel evening have washing machines for your laundry. Just have to bring your own detergent.
The room was small but clean. We had enough space for luggage and shopping.
It was near everything in Namba. There was a convenience store beside the hotel-Lawson's. It was in front of the entrance to the Kurumon Market. It was very near the Namba Nankai Station for airport access. It was also near a Takashimaya. I really loved being able to wander through the Namba station mall, and Namba walk but still be near the hotel.
Great room - functional/ Separate toilet and shower. Clean and comfortable. Laundry facilities at the hotel. Great location right in the heart of Dotonbori and across from Namba station so only a 2 min walk to the hotel from the train. Family Mart located next door. Close to all the restaurants and shopping. Also if you miss the housekeeping service, they hang fresh towels / and toiletries in a bag on your door which was a nice touch

Very clean and comfortable, one of the best hotels in Osaka everywhere you go there is a very nice scent. All staff we met spoke good English and they were friendly and welcoming explaining clearly whatever we wanted to know about in Osaka. The location was excellent, you can go explore anywhere walking or from the Namba station nearby or even just go downstairs to the connected mall and enjoy food and shopping. We stayed there for four nights and would definitely return when visiting Osaka again.
It’s a new and super clean apartment. very well located near Namba station. If you traveling in Osaka area you should try to stay there. In apartment you will find all facilities that you need.
Good variety of breakfast buffet that changes menu slightly every day. Friendly staff, convenient location for shopping and within five minutes walk to namba station for trains to the airport. We told the staff about early departure and they are nice enough to pack us breakfast bento to go. Though not a fancy hotel but they have everything we need. Even a small kitchen and a washer/dryer and the room rate is very reasonable.
Location is perfect, like 10 min walk from namba station and basically within a mall center full of shops.
The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and overall the facilities in the room seemed pretty new.
The hotel let us store our luggage in our last day in Japan also after checkout for the entire day without a charge.
Location is absolutely perfect for exploring Osaka, especially the Dotonbori area. It's only steps from Namba station, which gives access to the rest of the city. 5 of us slept comfortably in this apartment. Very clean and felt very safe. Beds were a bit stiff, but I think most beds in Japan are, so that wasn't an issue.
