We've stayed here before, it's right across the street from JR Koriyama Station. It's a good business hotel, with decent AC and our room was non-smoking like we requested. The rooms aren't huge, but it's a business hotel, and I wouldn't expect them to be. The price was commiserate with expectations.

Location was fantastic! Right across from the Koriyama station. Breakfast was okay, but I'm only comparing it with the buffet at my last hotel which was exceptional.
The hotel is in front of Koriyama Station, very convenient, good location. There are Shopping Mall, convenience stores, a lot of delicious restaurants around the hotel. Hotel's coffee was delicious. The room was spacious. We had left our luggages after check out and picked up later.

-Good check in/out times. Due to a train delay, I couldn’t arrive until past 21:00 but it was totally fine and staff was available at the front desk.
-Breakfast option. While I didn’t opt for it, it’s nice that it’s available considering many cafes don’t open up until 9:00~10:00.
Nice business style hotel just outside of Koriyama station with many restaurants, stores, and bars right nearby. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, the room was pretty small but more than enough for one person.
