Close to a train station and close to Enoshima station. Convenience store across the street. Easy and convenient location. They conveyed most information ahead of time. Allowed dropping of luggage before check-in. Fast check-in. Clean room. Has extensive hair drying tools. Private space between front door and bedroom for shoes. I loved how spacious everything was. The big bed, the spacious bathroom & large bath, the heated mirror so that it doesn't fog up after a shower! Everything was very comfortable & made my stay at Kamakura an incredible experience. I will absolutely stay here again.

Close to Ofuna Station! Staff was kind and was able to let me store my luggage after checkout. I wanted to check out Hasedera temple before I left the area and was able to! So convenient and very nice hotel to stay in as a solo traveler!
The hotel is either new or renovated, and very clean. Good location if you need to stay close by Fujisawa station.
Room size is ok for a solo traveler.

This hotel was close to JR Fujisawa Station, so it was a very convenient place for an overnight stay. Staff were professional and made checking in swift, they would probably be very helpful to foreigners checking in. But, I spoke in Japanese the whole trip, so I could only speculate. Thanks to its convenient location, I was able to stage an early morning Enoshima visit because the transit access was just across the street.
The location was not that far from Fujisawa Station, you can walk within 10~15 minutes then arrive at the hotel. The included breakfast was okay. And the drinks are free from many options.
The room was clean, comfortable and modern - couldn't be faulted. The location is great, just a few minutes' walk from Fujisawa Station. There are also plenty of nearby car parks (around 1200 yen/day).
Staff were friendly and polite. The free tea bar was much appreciated.
