Very friendly courteous staff. Agatha at the desk was excellent! She provided helpful tips and guidance to get the most out of our visit. Georgio was always friendly and courteous and makes awesome cappuccino’s!! We are sorry that we cannot remember all the staff by name, but they were all excellent and provided top quality service!
Rooms were pleasantly spacious, room amenities were thoughtfully provided. Cold air conditioning was very appreciated after hours in the hot Italian sun! Location was ideal as we spent the majority of our exploration on foot. It was easy to visit multiple sites in a day, and when we chose more distant places the front desk always assured we had a taxi waiting for us.
I recommend without reservation!

Great location, 5-15 mins from a lot of sites, the main shopping strip and lots of restaurants. 25-30 min walk to Vatican. Great view from the rooftop terrace. The front reception staff were lovely and informative. The room was clean and a good size. The bathroom was nice and stocked. Chromecast available in room and temperature control (although it kept on getting changed..)

So the staff are amazing and the receptionist were very helpful and attentive. The location is great . But the facility is bad the shower is very small I’m 158 Cm and it was small even for me !
Bed was clean room small but to be honest I tried a 3 stars hotel in Paris this place is horrible compared to the one in Paris.
