The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, the room was very comfortable and spacious, and the breakfast was amazing. The location is also very close to the station, which is convenient.

That was the worse stay I ever booked thru the platform. Starting with the facts that is not a hotel (pretty BnB, but not the one was ready to host guests) and with the fact my room was already used by someone and not cleaned ending with the industrial dust in the new room, which I’ve cleaned myself, the absent of the real window, the problems with the codes (the system wasn’t working properly).
I will describe all my experience better on a google maps, but here I just want to add that with all the troubles created by facility I got never confirmed the promised refund, but (!) they had even the arrogance to ask me about the good review. I mean, you’ve damaged my health by this industrial dust which were just everywhere, you gave me not prepared room, when I arrive, you are promising the refund and it’s never gets confirmed, at least don’t dare to ask about the good review. I will never come back.

Very spacy appartment in a quiet street at 15min walk of Ciampino station.
Everything was there, though we did not cook (Rome has many great, affordable restaurants)

Great small and quiet town near Rome. The people are friendly and everything is close at hand - nice cafeterias and restaurants, shops and a train station from which you can take a train straight to Roma Termini and it's only 15 minutes ride. Really nice place to stay at.

Ciampino is a small town.
Ciampino is a small town. We couldn't find any area for sightseeing but our aim was Roma and the most important fact that the traffic (the train) was very good and fast. The time was max. 15 minutes from Ciampino to Roma Termini (Roma center).
The airport is close to Ciampino as well (max. 10 minutes) by Airlink bus.
So, Ciampino the best location for those who are seeking an accomodation close to Rome and the airport, and they want to sleep cheap for few days.

It is excellent for a base for Rome via the train and bus service there. There are plenty of good restaurants that are cheaper than the centre of Rome. The supermarket there is very good if you are self-catering. It is quick and easy to get to the airport

Travelers should stay near Roma termini. Everything you you will get near termini. Finding transportation at night time is not available either from Roma to ciampino or ciampino to termini. Only train is available at affordable price with long intervals.
If you want to hassle free trip at Rome please don’t stay ciampino.

Ciampino is kinda isolated from the city.
Ciampino is kinda isolated from the city. The airport has a fast security track so you just need to be in the airport about 40 minutes before the gate open. The public transports when lefting the terminal are just awful, they don´t arrive in time and it can affect your overral experience in Rome. The 720 bus service, linked with roma pass, jumped 4 scheduled times, so if you are planning to take this bus just think in catching another one.
The location was isolated such that without a car I would not have wanted to stay longer than one night, but it was fine for an overnight before a flight out of Ciampino airport. We caught a taxi from the train station to get there and used the hotel shuttle to the airport the next morning. Also enjoyed the light breakfast in the morning and drinks on the patio in the evening. My daughter was smitten with the local cats that congregate around the facilities and I appreciated the fresh air and views.
Excellent location in relation both to the Ciampino airport as well as the Rome center. Neighborhood without those huge Rome center crowds, can find places to eat, shop for food (because the breakfast isn't included, but coffee is :) :) ) etc., the staff recommended the best ones too, and had excellent advice regarding the visit to the Rome city itself. The place itself was solid, compact and quiet, absolutely suited to stay for several days to explore the Rome city.
The house was really cozy and clean. Everything neat. It is close to the Train Station and you can reach the center in no time. The bus to and from the airport arrives there. It is 12mins to the airport by bus and 20mins to the center by train. For concert goers to the ORION ARENA venue that is the go to place. Just 10 mins walk. You got BURGER KING across the road. Nice balcony with table. The owner is extremely helpful and kind. Will book it again.
Very close to Ciampino airport and the lady will collect you for a small fee. Our flight was delayed and we arrived after midnight, yet she still came and collected us.
If you don't mind a walk of around 5 minutes to the station, a 20 minute train ride to Termini and want to stay somewhere quiet and peaceful away from the crowds in central Rome, then I see no reason why you shouldn't stay here.

The location is perfect when flying from Rome Ciampino airport. It's five minutes walk from Ciampino train station where there is also the Ciampino air link that connects directly the train station with the airport in just ten minutes. In addition the staff has been really welcoming and available, particularly the lady in charge of the breakfast room. Last but not least, the room was spotless.
Our initial booking was randomly cancelled so we booked Simply Rome last minute, but it turned out much better than expected. We were greeted very well, everything was simple and clean, the neighborhood was quiet and calm, also safe. There were stores and nice cafes nearby too. Also near Ciampino and a transfer to the airport for a good price. Highly recommend :)
4 km to the Ciampino airport. our flight was 6am. taxi only took 5 minutes to the airport. the room is extremely clean, nicely decorated with soft shower towels which you see only in four star hotels. good quality bed and pillow. the owner is such a lovely lady.
