This is a very nice small hotel that is located in great place! Easily walkable to restaurants that are fantastic, shopping and sightseeing. The staff was very friendly and helpful as we needed to get laundry done on a short schedule, we so appreciated that. The room was clean and a nice size that has a great balcony!

Lovely Hotel in an excellent location with very friendly staff. The concierge team was extremely helpful, Pierre always very friendly. Breakfast had delicious selection of food and the lunch menu was delicious.

Very spacious, well equipped and clean apartment. Location is in a nice quiet neighborhood close to both the Arc De Triomphe and Eiffel Tower. If you like shopping it is also close to The Champs-Élysées. Easy key retrieval and owner is very responsive to any questions we had. Everything was great and we would most definitely stay again.
The apartment was lovely and quiet. We were greeted very warmly and everyone was exceptionally nice and helpful during our stay. The location is great - a 10 minute walk to the Arc de Triomphe, 3 minutes walk to the metro, grocery stores, restaurants, cafes all nearby. We had an excellent stay!
Excellent location, 9 min to the Arc de Triomphe from where you can catch the train or bus. The Flat was comfortable and cozy, a quiet street with many restaurants and the perfect place to stay in Paris.
The man who checked us in was great - he was helpful on things to do and how to get around to things we wanted to see. He could not have been any better. We did not eat breakfast there. We could walk to the arc de triomphe, and then get around from there!
It was centrally located. We walked everywhere. So convenient close to the Arc de triomphe and not far from the Eiffel Tower

The bathroom was a great size. It felt huge compared to other hotels we’ve stayed in the past. It was also really easy to find and was in a good location for us because it was in walking distance of Champs d’Elyse and Arc de triomphe. I also love how it was decorated. It felt clean and our room was spacious.
We chose this hotel as the room was spacious (for Paris standards) and location (Metro and RER station right outside the door, bus stop across the street). There are tons of restaurants, markets, bakeries, etc right in the neighborhood. We walked to the Arc de Triomphe (about 1.5 miles) and Eiffel Tower from the hotel. Modern bathroom, elevators and facilities.
