The house was later bought by architect Robert Kessel for his personal use and completely renovated. Kessel added a magnificent deck overlooking the mountains and the Pacific Ocean. What makes the home so special? It’s quiet, secluded and nestled in the mountains. Views to the Pacific Ocean and Catalina Island. Abundant wildlife: birds, deer, peacocks, bobcats and the occasional bear or coyote. Pool, spa, palapa and outdoor and indoor grills. Four floors so every bedroom has its own floor.
