Villa Lučica Trogir is located 40 metres from ACI Marina Trogir and 200 metres from the UNESCO-protected Old Town of Trogir. It offers a garden with a terrace and air-conditioned rooms with a balcony and a flat-screen satellite TV. The nearest restaurant, serving international dishes, is next to the property. Numerous picturesque restaurants and cafés can also be found within the narrow streets of Trogir’s historic centre. Some of the main sights include St. Laurentius Cathedral and the mediaeval Kamerlengo Fortress. A ferry dock with links to the nearby Drvenik Islands is 400 metres away. The main bus station is at a distance of 600 metres. Split Airport is within 5 km, while the city of Split and its famous Diocletian’s palace are 25 km from the Villa Lučica.

Villa Lučica is family mini hotel situated 30 meters from sea-shore Trogir harbour. Although Villa Lučica is located in the striking distance of a lively Mediterranean town, you will notice soon after your arrival to its private courtyard that at Villa Lučica, where you can book currently 4 rooms with a balcony or terrace. All rooms are equiped with mini-bar, kettle, hairdryer, floorheating, aircondition, free WiFi, LCD TV/SAT/DVD, parking, ... Every guest will have some peace and privacy, especially in the botanical paradise of Villa Lučica. House where nobody will disturb you and you will feel like home, just without your everyday commitments... We also offer private parking place for our guests. It`s also possible to leave vehicle at the parking lot if need to leave for unscheduled journey and thaen return to Trogir/Villa Lučica Trogir. It is also possible to book the whole house (all four rooms), and we rent a mooring place for boats with lenghts to 10 m.
