Communication with Omar was excellent leading up to and throughout our stay. The location was perfect, in the center of the old fortress city close to numerous restaurants and a short walk to the ferry terminal. The room was spacious, comfortable and well appointed, with a sparkling modern bathroom. In spite of the central location, the room was completely quiet in the evening. We plan to return to Lake Garda and will definitely stay here again.

Also, a huge outside terrace is a great place to relax or have a drink. However, the most wonderful part is Francesca. She is absolutely lovely, friendly, welcoming and helpful. We stayed there for 5 nights with our 2 boys. The flat was clean, well decorated, quiet, very comfortable for a family, with new furniture and a modern bathroom. We were too busy to see everything around the lake, so we did not have the time to relax at the beautiful balcony or to have a drink viewing the sunset from the terrace. The location is great. Very close to restaurants and services. Although the housekeeping is paid extra, they changed the towels once. Would definitely choose it again!

Even though we arrived late night, Paola met us personally and showed the room. Some snacks and refreshments were already in the room. The location is great, very close to the train station, but very calm and safe place. The place was very close to city center and shuttle bus stops to amusement parks. The room was very clean, and Paola was very helpful and kind. Could not find better place to stay! Looking forward to go back!
