Beach not far in southern direction with amazing sunsets on the mountains in direction of Brescia. Bar (I didn’t go to).

Went to malcesine on 2 occasions during our stay in Italy. Stayed at Hotel Internationale and then came on ferry to explore the castle. Town is busy with tourists but plenty of reasonably priced restaurants with amazing views. Narrow cobbled streets. Castle definitely worth going to and to climb steep steps to top gives an amazing panoramic view of lake and mountains. Likewise the cable car to the top of Monte Baldo. Amazing views.

An extraordinary city located directly on lake garda with a beautiful cityscape and lot's of good, though a bit pricy restaurant.
Also an easy access to the mountains for joyful and also serious hikeing is available thanks to a cable car.

An amazing trip. Great location with fantastic views. Cable car trip I would highly recommend. The town is beautiful. Lots of amazing places to eat. Beautiful views. Wear good shoes or trainers as the streets are cobbled in the town. Lots of hills to climb so be prepared for that. People are welcoming and friendly. Attended a friends wedding and this was a perfect and beautiful location. Definitely returning.

A gorgeous town with plenty of lovely restaurants, shops, cafés and gelaterias to explore. La Dolce Vita has particularly good gelato! Access to the lake for swimming is easy anf the castle is stunning. A wonderful place to stay for solo travellers, couples, and families.

We loved our stay in Malcesine!
We loved our stay in Malcesine! Cute place with many restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the beach and also took the boat over to Limone (another cute and picturesque village). Stayed for two nights but could have stayed for longer!
I recently spent 7 nights at the wonderful Hotel Casa Serena. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always on hand to help. The hotel itself is small, which makes for a comfortable stay. The continental breakfast each morning was wonderful with plenty to choose from. An added bonus was the bike rental which was incredibly good value compared to other bike rentals in the area. I loved exploring the towns just outside of Malcesine - definitely worth doing. I loved my stay and will definitely be returning in the near future.
Sharp, clean, comfortable. Amazing view of the lake from our balcony, and the best breakfast of any of the 7 hotels on our trip so far. Shower was a little snug, but I'm a bigger person so that came as no surprise and is true with almost every hotel we've stayed at from London to Paris to Italy. If you're on the plus side, you're gonna have a slight issue fitting into the shower. Guess ill have to walk and bike more, like the locals, and be more fit when i return. Would definitely book again.
Breakfast could have been more varied.
The location was rather awkward to find (Google Maps give the wrong access road to the property) and very steep both for the car and on foot. There were a couple of restaurants in walking distance, but really the answer is to take the bus into Malcesine.
The location was also magnificent in having a commanding view over the Lake. This more than made up for the access 'difficulties'.
Our host Andrea was very helpful with info on buses, walks etc.
Located in a garden that shields it from outside noise, the hotel commands a stunning view of Lake Garda and the mountains beyond. With a good breakfast and very helpful staff, this is a perfect place to sample what the region has to offer, with Malcesine and it's pure Italian small-town feel and countless restaurants just a couple minutes away. Ask the helpful hotel staff and they'll tell you where you should go to have a dinner to remember.
Cannot fault this hotel at all, staff are so friendly especially the breakfast staff! The room was spacious, clean, bed was so comfy and we had an amazing view of lake garda from the balcony. The breakfast buffet had so much to choose from and was so good. The walk to the town centre is 5 minutes so location wise its great too. We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend hotel capri!!

Around Lake Garda it is difficult to park and I was worried that we would have to climb a steep hill to get to the hotel. It was a really nice surprise to see that parking was large, and that it was an easy walk between the beach and the hotel.
Hotel situated with a beautiful view of Lake Garda. Very clean and atmospheric managed by wonderful women.
There is a bicycle and walking path in front of the hotel. The path leads to Malcesine and much further.

Really incredible property, very well equipped with an astounding view of the lake. The apartment is very comfortable. The grill is just perfect for a nice barbecue with a view. Sandra was very responsive and helpful. Parking on-site. Walking distance from Malcesine city center. I would certainly be back if possible.

Very comfortable und luxury loft. It‘s located in the center of Malcesine. The windows are well isolated, so the noises from outside are not disruptive. The check-in with the Hotel Castello worked very good and uncomplicated. The hotel beach can be used by paying an additional charge.
