Fabulous host Amanda👏. Great location to a beautiful beach and local points of interests. Convenient to ferry to Ireland. We had everything we needed and enjoyed Jack’s pub a short walk away. We will be back to visit😀

Period Property, clean, well kept, good facilities, relaxed vibe, great prompt friendly service at breakfast.
A week is enough to visit the Pembroke area. Beaches were lovely. Very clean sand and excellent for sandcastles. It's windy at times so be prepared for that. Broad haven really recommended, lovely landscape, water was great.

There are a number of pubs, a chipshop, Chinese and Indian, so plenty of choice if you want to eat out.
The castle gives a beautiful backdrop and there are some nice flat walks along the river if tou can't manage the little hill or have littleones with you.
It's within an easy drive of dozens of beautiful beaches and an excellent base to explore the south West of Wales.

Pembroke castle was interesting and right in the town.
Pembroke castle was interesting and right in the town. There was also a nice walk around the mill pond. The town had a small high street with a few interesting shops and places to eat/drink.
Most of the car parks were pay and display so you had a have an idea of how long things would take.
In terms of beaches Barafundle Bay was the best but it's half a mile walk from car park and cafe, so no facilities on the beach.
For walkers they it the coastal path and lily ponds.

One of the finest castles in Cymru (albeit with a lot of restoration - if you're after a genuine original ruin other castles are available) and a wonderfully compact fortified town with a collection of decent pubs and places to stay. I hear there are beaches nearby but they're not my thing so can't comment. Ate at the Watermans Arms where it's still possible to get a decent sirloin steak under £20.

I am originally from Pembrokshire and have family living there and this property was the best location . Had fantastic food at The Dolphin hotel and the Coach House was a lovely pub as well. Only disappointing factor is mist of the shop we're shut for full Easter holidays
It is centrally located in Pembroke just near, as name says, caste pond. Views of castle from house. Private parking near the entrance. House is fully equipped and very comfortable. Information about stay and things to do nicely presented (in house). Dogs are accepted and there is nice walk just nearby. A selection of restaurants is also nearby.
the hotel is in a great location , right in the centre of Pembroke and has it's own parking, which is very convenient. The rooms and general areas are a little tired and could do with being redecorated, it's a little Fawlty Towers. The dinner i had in the pub that evening was however exceptional and i would really recommend the reastuarant!
We had a wonderful stay here. The food for both evening meal and for breakfast was excellent. The room was lovely and very modern. Great shower. Perfect stop for a night whilst walking the Pembrokeshire Coast Path. Amazing offer of a packed lunch for the following day too!
