The rooms were modern and clean but a little cramped.
The rooms were modern and clean but a little cramped. There was good secure separation between the hotel rooms and the hotel bars. It is very central to Chesterfield, which was fantastic.
Unfortunately the room did not have a fridge and the wifi cut out every couple of minutes.

Love Chesterfield. Such a pretty town. You must visit the church with the wonky steeple. We loved the market and #Coffee shop.
My husband is on a mobility scooter and the pavements were a bit wobbly!
As we were on a budget we ate at Wetherspoons where my husband enjoyed a really good craft beer and myself an excellent white wine (Villa Maria) Also we enjoyed the food there

Chesterfield was very busy, as should be expected on a Saturday, but the scariest bit was the roundabout system just outside the town near the retail park. I gave up trying to navigate them and changed my plans

Brilliant location for visiting Chatsworth House and Bolsover Castle.
Loved the market town vibe and the twisted spire on the church was fascinating. No climbs inside, til the spring and summer though.
Some fascinating architecture to see and a brilliantly helpful Tourist Information Office where we got a couple of town walk maps.

Second only visit to the city of the "Twisted Spire" even though only for a brief stay over pleasant enough. Have to add the young lady who booked us in at the Spread Eagle was absolutely charming and a credit...will surely have no hesitation in re-booking...so it's a Ten! from Len :)
The Hotel felt luxurious and clean, which plays testament to its maintenance team. The staff were very friendly on check-in, offering free complimentary drinks. Room was of a quality standard and had a well-fitted ensuite bathroom. Although small, there is a gym available at no extra cost. This has minimal equipment but still provides enough for a quick workout. The Restaurant was exemplary - full compliments to the chef for both the dinner and breakfast menu.
On the whole, I could not fault Casa Hotel.
the location was great, although in the side of the M1 you couldn’t hear the traffic at all as you are lower down from the road behind a hill. Nice views across fields. The room was clean / spacious and warm. We didn’t have the breakfast as we left early for a walk but it smelt nice. The bar area looked great and there was food in offer. I would recommend for value for money. You’re only 5/10mins from centre or Chesterfield and easy access to anywhere in the Peaks.
We stayed in a garden room which was clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. We ate dinner in the "temporary" restaurant as the coach house was being refurbished. The food was excellent and the only complaint was that the chairs were very uncomfortable. The staff were all really lovely although didn't seem to have a clue what they were doing at times (new and lack of training). The grounds of the hotel are very nice.
Well appointed room. Tea/ coffee machine. Very Delicious fruit scone on arrival in room. Fresh milk, butter ,water in fridge which was much appreciated. Breakfast superb, attentive staff .First time at this hotel and prefer it here to the others I've stayed in around the chesterfield area. I would imagine in summer the amazing views would be even more enjoyable. You won't be disappointed here.
Reception was simple and efficient. My room was large and bright with a wonderfully comfortable bed and a decent sized tv. The en-suite was spotlessly clean and the towels were soft and a decent size. Breakfast was a lovely experience with plenty of choice and I would highly recommend this hotel if staying in the Chesterfield area. It also has lovely grounds to stroll in.
The room was small but excellently laid out, entrance was secure and in a quiet location with continental style breakfast. Bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed it all. Really liked that the owner Jill was very friendly and accessible should we need her. Would happily stay again.
Great style & atmosphere, the staff were very professional. The restaurant is very high end with excellent food & service.
I don't usually sleep well on a one night stay in a hotel, but slept like a log on the very comfortable bed.
My room was wonderful and the hotel itself was perfectly located for wandering into Chesterfield and transportation links . I found the cleaning staff to be particularly warm and welcoming. Hot drinks and water available all day.
The hotel bar and resturant were nice, food was good and well priced. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room had everything we needed for one night but wouldn't have thought we could have stayed longer as it was very small.
Really happy with all aspects of the stay. The hotel and room were immaculately clean, the staff were all friendly and helpful. The meals were very nice, tasty and well presented.
Location good for visiting Chesterfield Town centre and Chatsworth and some friends in the area. A nice extra was having a goodie basket. The studio was well planned and warm.
The location was in the heart of Chesterfield. We wanted to walk everywhere and could.
The bed was great. The TV was huge. The bathroom spacious and clean.
