The men's room in the lobby was very dirty. The two men behind the check-in desk could have done something about it. The cleaning staff were working full tilt upstairs and I felt bad for them. They were friendly and so were the servers in the restaurant.

Really liked my room, with a view of the runway. Food was excellent, my colleague particularly liked the waffle maker!
Overall, great staff, lovely welcome, easy access to NEC via the brilliant mono-rail so yes.

The Genting is honestly such a beautiful hotel and it's really neat how it's in the middle of basically a shopping center/mall aka the Resorts World. If you stay at the Genting Hotel, you can be sure there's plenty for you to see and do! There was even an arcade kind of thing with fun and cool looking machines and games at the Resorts World and plenty of restaurants too, just to name a few examples!
The breakfast at the Genting was good too! The twin room we stayed in is the biggest twin room I've ever been in, and it was very clean and comfy too! I'm being honest when I say it was absolutely perfect for me and my father! There were so many amenities as well, such as a hairdryer with a cold air feature and an iron + rack!! And I absolutely adored the bathtub! I haven't been in a bathtub since I was a kid so being able to experience a bath again after so very long was very nostalgic, haha! The bathroom itself was also pretty big and NOT cramped and tiny! We stayed at the Genting for a nearby convention which I plan on returning to each year and after my stay at the Genting, I wouldn't ever choose another hotel and will always choose this one! The staff were incredibly friendly too!

Disabled travellers need to be sure they get a room with appropriate facilities. Acknowledging a request is not good enough. The exact nature of bathroom accessibility should be clear - e.g. whether space for a wheelchair for transfer to shower seat and WC; Position of grab rails and drop-down handrails.

I booked this hotel because my sister uses a wheelchair and we were visiting crufts at the NEC therefore we wanted to be as close to it as possible. when they built the hotel they had no consideration for people in wheelchairs making the journey from the hotel to the nearby beautiful lake and on around to the NEC center.

Whilst i believe the hotel is being renovated, the carpets in the bedroom were filthy. Looked like workmen had been in there with their dirty boots. Breakfast was terrible, Did not have no choice, we were asked what we wanted. When it arrived the sausage and bacon were under cooked.
Would not stay here again.

Terrible room.
Terrible room. The shower was separate to the toilet and there was nowhere to dry yourself in the shower. Consequently my partner slipped and fell, resulting in a massive bruise. No mats provided.
I will not be returning.

Staff were friendly and helpful . Room comfortable bed.
Staff were friendly and helpful . Room comfortable bed. Disappointed that hand wash and shower gel were empty considering price of room .
Breakfast £18 expensive but a lot of choice .
Waited along time to check in .
All the staff we met were excellent and the hotel was in the ideal location for us as we had an early flight.
It was clean, comfortable enough for one night and had a compact shower . It was perfect.
Excellent service from Lorenzo in the dining room , food choice of food although it is expensive and my fish and chips were not the best by any means. My sister's meal was much nicer! . All in all it is ideal , no stress in the early hours if catching a flight at that time of day.
We contacted booking.com to book parking and asked if we could book for 9 nights parking although we were only staying 1 night as we had a flight from Birmingham. Booking.com confirmed this was OK with the Hotel When we got to Genting Hotel they said we could only park there for 1 night. We booked the hotel as it offered parking and close to Airport. We had to leave the next morning early to sort out alternative parking.
Really disappointed and will not be staying again.
Amazing location for NEC and World resorts arena. Literally a minute walk from each! Definitely stay again. So easy to get to. Fly to Birmingham International airport, free shuttle to Birmingham International train station and then follow signs to NEC through airport and hotel is 1 minute walk outside. Really easy to get train from Birmingham International airport to Birmingham Central if yoi want to go shopping. Ten minutes on train
Absolutely everything it was a fantastic hotel with amazing staff they couldn't have been kinder or more helpful, from the front of house, management and a particular thank you to Linda in the breakfast room she gave us so much help thank you all for a fantastic time. Clean rooms nice pool and jacuzzi very nice food. Highly recommended place to stay A+++++
My first impression was of the grounds of the hotel. Beautifully looked after, perfectly manicured lawns, lovely flower displays, clean gravel with no weeds and inside lived up to first impression. Spotless, light and airy. The staff in all areas, reception, restaurant, and bars were polite and helpful. They all looked happy in their work.
A wonderful high class hotel and as close to the airport terminal as you could get without actually being inside.... beautiful comfortable room with fantastic large bed would definitely recommend and would not think about staying anywhere else should we fly from Birmingham Airport in the future...
hotel was what you would expect for a Hilton Hotel and a short walk from airport/bus terminal, Room was spacious and after a long international flight and bus trip, bed and facilities were both comfortable and plentiful. The staff were all friendly and eager to ensure my stay was enjoyable.
Nice Hotel in walking distance to BHX airport, nice, clean rooms, good breakfast (before 7am unfortunately only continental), nice staff, we have been there already the 3rd time and we will come back when we are in Birmingham
Love how close the hotel is to the airport, walked across and checked our bags in the evening before. The room was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the food in the restaurant.
Liked that it was very basic design with no frills. Very near to the NEC. Price was OK for a budget hotel at Birmingham Airport. Mono rail from the airport to the NEC was handy.
5 min walk to NEC entrance, also close Birmingham Airport/Train Station
Staff really nice
Breakfast excellent - Broad range
Cost acceptable considering location
Efficient and professional staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Very short walk to Birmingham airport. Restaurant & Bar prices reasonable for an airport hotel.
Hotel worked well for one night before catching an early flight at Birmingham airport. Staff were very friendly and it was easy to check in and check out.
