It’s about a 15 minute walk to the main beach and it’s a very pleasant walk through the old town. We adored the outdoor bar & terrace and we found ourselves coming back here for a drink each night rather than stay up in the busy old town.

Menton located to the east of Nice and Monaco is near the border of Italy. A charming city where we found the local restaurants very good. Our favorite was O Petite Corner for morning breakfast operated by a young couple that take great pride in their restaurant and the quality. My two top restaurants were JR Bistro in Menton and Au Grand Inquisitor that is located in a small city on top of the mountain towards Monaco. Au Grand Inquisitor takes a little effort to get there but the views were amazing, and the dinner one of the best meal experiences ever. Each of these highest ratings and I secretly recommend for 5 star experience.

This was my sixth visit to Menton I love the relaxed atmosphere of the old town the daily bells from the church lovely friendly locals easy access by bus to Nice,Monte Carlo and by train to the friday Market in Vetimiglia and very affordable travel,daily breakfast at different little cafes.It is cheap enough to eat out while on holiday you don't have to food shop or cook if you don't want to,but a fabulous indoor fresh food market for those who prefer to eat at home.

The location is great, a lovely sea view (even though the beach area in front is having some construction work done) and a short walk to the town centre. We found free on street parking very close to the hotel which was very convenient. We were warmly met by Francesco at reception who was super nice and helpful during our stay. The room was clean
and well equipped. I liked the vintage pieces in the reception area. The price was fair.
This hotel is owened by two couples. Paisoy and Lola did a magnificent job making our stay wonderful. They were awesome...very accommodating and extremely helpful. Great location just a few steps away from the beach and a 10 minute walk to Mentòn Old Town. If you prefer a golden sand beach with a magnificent mountain view go to the one located at the Quai Gordon Bennet...a beautifull harbor just 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.
Nice, clean, spacious studio in the best location you could imagine in Menton, right on the waterfront, across from the Cocteau museum, a good base from which to enjoy either beach and explore the ancient streets. The kitchen and washing machine are real pluses! There's also a bus stop right outside where the free NAV bus stops every 20 minutes.
Hotel is a large Belle Epoch building with high ceilings. There is a large garden full of orange and lemon trees. Downstairs is a library to sit in and a large coffee lounge.
Plenty of staff, very helpful. Breakfast is buffet with a full selection of offerings. Good location, only 10 minute walk to the old, pedestrian part of Menton.
Perfectly located in the middle of Menton, at weekends public parking areas around free of charge, friendly English speaking reception staff, very modern and clean room with open bathroom area, perfect and soft bed, no noise, breakfast for hotel in France quite reasonably, at reception area tea and coffee and water for free.
Everything was perfect! The hotel is very stylish, well decorated, rooms are really big (which is rare thing for France) and the location is perfect - 100m from the beach ⛱️. The rooms looks exactly as on pictures.
Also I liked small garden and lemon tree in the court yard.

This apartment right in the center of the main pedestrian road in Menton which was fabulous and we could get to the beach in minutes. The train station was an easy 15 min walk. The place was immaculate when we arrived and had everything we needed.
The location of this hotel is pretty good. It's easy to walk to the beach, to various restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and the nearby train station. This is a great option for if you want to visit Monaco. The hotel staff is friendly.
