Okay many things:
1. Exceptionally clean hotel - from the entrance to the room
2. 24/7 customer service is available, we texted few times and got responses within minutes!
3. The design of this hotel is something. It is such a fresh thing - like Ace when they just started but even better. Colors, amenities - I can tell how much work was put in there int terms of designing.
4. Location is absolutely prime - tiny walk to the beach and all the central restaurants and bars are nearby.
5. Little perks showing they are truly value the customer and wants them back! Like they give a free coffee at the cafe nearby and a complimentary drink at the local restaurant !

I stayed here for my solo birthday getaway and I loved it here! Everything was smooth from check in to check out. Walking distance to a lot of coffee shops and food. Parking was convenient. The place was also really clean! I brought along my dog and everything was very comfortable. Will definitely come back and I’ll bring my husband along!

We enjoyed our time in Oceanside and plan to go back. The main drag has so many spots for eating and drinking. We had some amazing meals. Loved the beach area and walking along the boulevard. Very dog friendly. Beautiful sunsets and perfect weather during the day. Just a bit chilly at night. Restaurants we recommend. Local Taphouse. Delicious brunch. The deviled eggs are amazing. Wonderful cocktails. Stone Brewing is also fabulous. Huge outdoor area. Great selection of beers. Yummy food. Need to go back to try more of the beer and food. Enjoyed the beer flight. 4 pours. Great pizza at Allmine. Watching the bubble blowers on the beach was a treat. One of the streets had a fun rock garden.

Oceanside is a great destination if you want to stay by the water. The place is safe and walkable to the Pier and restaurants. Shopping is a few miles away. We also went to an oyster farm in Carlsbad which was nice. I highly recommend Oceanside, we can't wait to stay in the area again.

It just seems to have gotten more touristy, with a lot of people with zero etiquette. Lots of options for sure, many a lot more commercial than last time we were there a couple years ago. We have friends there and have done the bike race there so we'll go back, but it's not on our list for a nice get away weekend or anything.

the host is very nice and accommodating. the lets us check in early and its perfect for all my classmate traveling from up north. i wished my other classmate from east coast did not cancelled but we show them the place and they amazed. the kitchen is also big and we enjoy the taster coffe.and we enjoyed the hot tub. It is listed as a hotel but in fact is a low key, very low key motel.
Terrible. Everything (except bed) was dirty: sticky floor, old leaking refrigerator, old worn/torn furniture with stains, strong moldy smell.
Shower: dirty, hole in the floor, sink was loose with water draining slowly.
Scary place...
First the breakfast had nice breakfast like cereal and it was delicious. For the room its very nice and the shower has warm water. Lastly for the clean it was very clean I cant remember I saw one single dot that's not clean the bed, the shower and the floor was clean. ~~~ written by my 7 years old daughter :)

Absolutely loved our room location. We were right on the strand and they had cute little chair out front of our room where we ate breakfasts and had drinks at sunset. The space was beautiful with nice finishing me and a great bathroom. The bedroom was pretty small in regards to where our luggage fit but the bed was the best bed we slept in all week- made it hard to get up!
This is my first stay at this Oceanside hotel, having stayed at most of the other local options over the years. I was very happy with my stay. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly. The room was serviced every day and had all advertised amenities. I would certainly stay here again.

The location is perfect! Downtown Oceanside is 10mins away, the ocean in kind of down the street.
We had a “King room view on the ocean” and the room was clean and spacious. The view on the ocean in the morning is a good way to start a good day.
Great location in South Oceanside near beach, restaurants and bars. . The deposit required was only $50 and the management is very quick to return deposit instead of not picking to find ways to keep deposit as I see at other small hotels.
I’ve stayed at Rodeway Inn Oceanside Marina and chose to come back for another visit. The hotel is basic but offers all advertised amenities, and the cleaning is of a good standard. The reception staff are friendly and helpful.
Fabulous location, exceptional value for money, extremely clean & comfortable. Walking distance to fine sea fish restaurants and water based activities. A must to stay at if visiting Oceanside.
Views and location were stunning. The harbor was full of sea life and people enjoying the sun and water sports. Boating, kayaking and fishing are just a few of the activities near the hotel.
