The property was very clean and quiet. It says it is a 3 bedroom but it is only two with a pull-out bed in the living room, but that do not take anything from the property. Comfortable beds great property if we come that way again, we will definitely stay again.

I loved the place we stayed at.
I loved the place we stayed at. Schlitterbahn was just across the street, we didn't have to walk that much. My girls loved there room and so did I. The stay was worth it. To bad we didn't stay for much longer. Planning on staying at the same place next year. Thanks and God Bless ❤️🙏❤️

Since it was spring break, thought it would be crowded but it wasn’t. Very picturesque and historic town. Went to Natural Bridge caverns and wildlife ranch. A little too cool for swimming, tubing, etc.

Floating down the Guadalupe or Comal River is a Texas Tradition. My favorite way to spend a Holiday Weekend. It is NOT for little kids, strong swimmers only. My daughter is 8 and I still don't allow her to Float Down the river only swim in controlled spots. I was 8 the first time I went but I was a strong swimmer. I had the time of my life and I try to go back at least once a year. New Braunfels and Gruene especially are also nice places to visit!

I may have just hit traffic several times a day, but getting out of the hotel parking lot to the highway required a bold dash between on coming vehicles or hoping someone would let me into,the stream of traffic.
Unbelievable! Absolutely beautiful setting overlooking the river. Wonderful hotel with themed rooms, we stayed in 'wild west' and the room had quirky references to this theme, including a saddle as a toilet roll holder. Bathroom had a copper slipper bath tub. Loved it all!
Fabulous facilities including the outdoor 20 seat hot tub.
We only stayed one night during the holiday season but wish we could have stayed longer. Definitely has the wow factor
The Faust is a very nice historic hotel located in downtown New Braunfels. It is situated between 2 German restaurants, which was great for us. The rooms are nice and clean and the staff are very helpful. Free parking. They have an outdoor patio with entertainment and a small bar 4 nights a week. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.
We loved everything about this place from how close it was to New Braunfels and San Marcos, to how cozy and relaxing the actual place was and even how all the staff members in the office were so helpful and very kind. We will definitely be making another trip back, I can't express how much we really loved this place!
Very spacious bright rooms , lobby and breakfast-room. The complete breakfast was without (!) the typical plastic plates you see so often in this type of hotels :). Friendly/efficient staff.

Great location, close to everything in New Braunfels and Gruene. Great view of the River and open land beyond the river. Great for bird watching and wildlife viewing. Comfortable living, dining, bedroom. Full kitchen for cooking. Lots of area info and games/ things to do provided.
The staff was the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. They also were able to recommend places to get any type of meal that we needed as well.
The grounds were very nice. The pool was small but very clean. There was live music on the weekend, which we enjoyed. It was located on the river & conveniently to Schlitterbahn, Rockin R for floating & along with the Historical area.
The staff at the hotel were quite helpful and friendly. The outlook and BBQ facilities at the hotel were quite pleasant. The WiFi included was quite helpful. The bathtub and air conditioning in the room were quite comfortable.
Comfortable, clean and modern hotel for a stay in New Braunfels, or a trip along I-35. Sort of near a Buc-ee's, a few strip malls, and a cool drive in theatre. Had a good nights sleep, and the breakfast was absolutely okay.
We had a wonderful stay in the beautiful Comal Inn. Sitting on our porch and watching the world (and deers!) go by was so relaxing. We loved New Braunfels, the location was perfect and owners so friendly and helpful.
There was roaches when we walked in they moved us to the third floor which was better but still I won’t ever go back I rented 2 rooms and a 4 hrs drive plus 16 hr work day to get to the hotel like that never again
The pool is fabulous beautiful temperature surrounded by trees and nature. Although the hotel no longer do tubing the place next door does and the hotel is in the river
